Expect older black gentleman on forklift to be the courteous one. All others, not so much. Those in the loading area, just unpleasant. Customer service seems like a skill completely lost on these guys.

I called to check if they had a certain product. I was assured that they did. I traveled 45 miles to buy said product only to find out they did not have it. An employee should put the caller on hold and check before telling someone they have what the caller wants. No one there apologized or seemed like it really mattered to them. I won’t be back. I will buy Green Egg supplies in Columbus at Modern Pool and Spa.

Guys in the store very accommodating and guys in the warehouse were very hands on and helpful. Can’t beat it

Good location with wide variety of construction supplies. Very professional and accommodating staff. Highly recommend for the weekend warrior or if building a home.

Guy behind the register was nice and professional, but one of the guys at the loading dock started freaking out and went on a tangent after I simply requested what I payed for, with absolutely no provocation on my part.

Best paint store in town. They carry a full line of Benjamin Moore Paint products and have a knowledgeable staff to help with your project.
