I bought some blinds today. I had excellent customer service from Ms. Kris in the blinds department. She was very knowledgeable, professional and personable and funny. She made my day.
Had to provide personal information to a private company application to confirm my veteran eligibility to gain military discount. Physical documentation is enough for the police; but not Home Depot. Purchased my HD products with my Lowes card.
We came to buy a washer dryer and were completely ignored by the person working there. He didn’t look our way or even introduce himself or let us know we would eventually be helped. He then went and helped the next person who came up. I ended up buying my washer and dryer online. The delivery came, but noted we ordered wrong and they can’t deliver the product so they took the washer and dryer back. I called Home Depot and was told I didn’t add the correct stackable piece. They also didn’t know which one was the correct one. After quite some time we cancelled the order and she sent me the correct SKUs to reorder. I came back in store and finally ordered with a person. She seemed unsure about what hoses and chords to add on to the order. We eventually ordered and now the set will be delivered in the new year. I will update this rating then. If something was missed again I will be livid, but if it works out, bygones will be bygones.
Jackie is absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and friendly. I will definitely come back because of her outstanding customer service.
This is one of the better home depots in the Nashville area. Still, the staff seem unwelcoming and unwilling to help. When you do get one willing to help they lack knowledge of the product and even the store layout.
I’m being kind with 2 stars. They do have some nice folks there but customer service is terrible. How can you sell Christmas trees if you don’t know how much they cost. Won’t go back!
Barbara, this is the 2nd or 3rd you came to my rescue! I was having issues with fittings and she found the perfect fit for my pvc nightmare. It had a rubbery end and would fit and stretch with two brackets to close it off. Ty so much. Barbara. You need a fat raise!

The flooring lady Chris is amazing! Super helpful and been there forever, give her a raise! The carpet installers were a disaster, but Rose at Home Depot cared about getting it solved! She offered great customer service compared to most businesses, especially larger corporate ones. Thank you Rose.
It seems that H.D. , at least at the Antioch, Tn. store, has given up on their plumbing department. Too many opened packages and items in wrong location or mixed together with apparently no employees with plumbing experience.
