We bought our bobcat T770 brand new about eight weeks ago. it has already broken down 5 times. Each time, it takes longer to get someone to respond to our calls. Right now it sits broken down and no one will call us back. Creep mode does not work, told them this last time, still not fixed, now the quick attachment is broke and we can't even get a return call. We filed a claim through corporate the first time, still have not received a response in over six weeks. We should have just stayed with Thompson Cat. They have top notch service and repair. This is beyond ridiculous and for the amount of money spent, they should be ashamed of their business practices.
I recently purchased a MT100 from their Columbia, TN location. James Bremer was my sales person. He did well until he did not correctly collect my Farm sales tax exempt card. The address did not match my finance paperwork because I had recently moved. Instead of being patient and letting me get this corrected with the state, he first tried to trick me into signing new finance paperwork work with the additional money in it and not telling me, when I caught that, and refused to sign it, he then sent me a long email about how his company was stealing his commission from him because of his mistake insinuating it was my fault. I had also ordered a set of pallet forks as part of the deal for approx $1000, which he was supposed to deliver because they were being shipped in from the Nashville location , they were paid for by the financing, he is now either keeping them or holding them hostage I am not sure , either way he refuses to deliver them , essentially stealing them from me. This has been a very bizarre transaction. I purchased a T76 last year from a different sales person at the Nashville location, zero issues and was a pleasant experience.
My husband and I own a company..Dr Dirt..we have a T76!! We would like to thank Chris the service manager at Bobcat of Nashville; he has been very patient, professional, and helpful! We haven't had a good experience with Bobcat of Nashville, after Randy left, except for Chris!! We truly appreciate him treating us the way we treat our customers!! Thank you Chris
I purchased a T870, a UTV, and many attachments... all BRAND NEW. We used the stump grinder attachment for 30 minutes, it stopped working. Its "under warranty" except they are REFUSING to warranty it. DO NOT USE BOBCAT, use Caterpillar, or anyone else.
I’ve been trying to reach you all for about 2 hours. I’ve called multiple times, and when I finally got an answer, one of your employees put me on hold and then hung up the phone. This is absolutely unacceptable. I would like to receive a return call as soon as possible. I’ve always used Bobcat, and never have I had such horrible service. Please respond ASAP.
Andy the sales rep, has the best customer service that I have experienced in a very long time. He assisted me and showed me how to properly put our new L28 on our trailer. Thanks Andy! We will continue to do business with you, because of you!
Service Dept is terrible and parts over priced look on line before you buy anything from them they charged me over thousand dollars a piece for injector s you can buy whole set offline for less then what they charge for one buyer beware!!

Wonderful group at Bobcat of Nashville. Some very helpful people, but more so put the customers first. Guys like Gavin up there with integrity and character. Excellent customer service.
