I didn't have a great experience here. As someone else mentioned, the steam room was "out of service" during my visit. The spa was crowded and noisy, and the area to wait for the massage was shared by everyone and not separated from the front desk, so it felt frantic, lots of talking/laughing, phones ringing, etc.The massage room was also very small and it felt claustrophobic. It was not quiet, either. I could hear lots of noises from other guests and banging sounds. Also, my massage therapist was very nice, but she had a terrible cough and kept sniffing and was not wearing a mask during my treatment, which freaked me out. I couldn't fully enjoy my massage. I won't be back.
This is my 3rd time at belle sante this year. Never once has their steam room worked, it’s always “closed for maintenance”. This is also the only amenity they offer at the salon with your service so for it to be broken for over a year is just unacceptable it was obviously closed during Covid too so it’s been at least 2 years especially as their prices for services have raised. Truthfully if you are looking for a spa that offers great service and amenities go down the street to G2O spa. This place just isn’t worth it.
Another amazing experience this past weekend! I had an 80 min hydro facial with dermaplaning and my skin felt so amazing afterwards. I highly recommend asking for the Esthician, Diaa, as she’s extremely intelligent and personalized your treatment to your skin. Not only was she a pleasure to talk to, but she also really gets to know you and your skin care routine - inside and out. From gut health to clean beauty products, Diaa is SO knowledgeable about it all! I really enjoyed my facial and making a new friend along the way. Thank you, Diaa!
I would highly recommend a facial with Diaa at the Newbury street location! I have been a client of Diaa for years she gives the best waxes in Boston and she recently recommended that I get a hydrafacial after I told her my skin has been very dry and breaking out. I got my first hydrafacial with her yesterday and it was amazing! My skin looks and feels great! I can’t wait to go back and get another facial with her! She is the sweetest person and very knowledgeable about skin. I would highly recommend booking an apt with Diaa because you will leave happy & get AMAZING results!
I just had an 80 minute Alpine Deep Tissue massage with Lakeisha, at the downtown Boston location and she was AMAZING! She made the experience very relaxing and was also so sweet and nice. It just made me want to leave a happy review for her. Our family is military and it's hard to find a perfect massage therapist when we relocate and I feel like I've found the right one. Keep her around
This was my second time I had an appointment at Bella Santé and the expierence just like last time was amazing. Courtney did an amazing job with my facial.
I decided to have a “day of me”. Started with an 80 minute massage with John. Very professional and courteous, checked in multiple times to make sure the temperature in the room and the pressure he was using was appropriate. Fabulous massage, feel great! Then I had a 50 minute Hydra Facial with Alexandra. Alexandra was also great, checking in with temperatures and pressure. Amazing facial and scalp massage! Finished with a 50 minute pedicure with Tina. Such a relaxing experience, great recommendation to upgrade to a different polish since I wore sneakers. Feel amazing, will definitely be back and highly recommend!
From start to finish I had a wonderfully calming and relaxing experience. Avery gave me one of the best massages of my life. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would come here once a week if I lived here! The teas and infused water along with a beautiful relaxation area were the icing on the cake.
Nicole was perfect. She worked expertly on all of my problem areas. The spa was beautiful and very clean. Masks were worn by all parties including the guest service reps. Pricing was very reasonable I just wish I could have booked a 2hr massage ‍
