When walking into the door for the first time, I already felt welcomed . Gigi does wonders with my toes. I have been to many salons in Pasadena to try to fix my big toes and Gigi knew what the problem was, was confident that she Could fix them and she did!! She is a very funny and caring woman. She always makes me laugh and feel cared for. I get asked if I want something to drink, the temp of the water is always perfect and the service amazing. I am very glad that I have found this salon and I am very thankful for Gigi. I honestly can't say enough praise about Gigi and the magic she does to my feet!!
I really like this Spa. They've moved to a new location and it's quite large. It has its own parking lot and it's pretty easy to get there. I enjoyed my services and they were reasonably priced. This is a nice place to go to get away from everything. They do the hair and makeup for the Rose Court for the Rose Parade so that's kind of fun to see those pictures when you go in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Check their website for specials.

My mom and I had massage and facial with Rose and Ingrid today. Both of them were so awesome!! We had wonderful treatments in this beautiful spa. Will definitely visit it again soon. Clean and spacious facility. Staff there were very friendly and caring. The only suggestion is to improve the lockers.; Alex, the front desk lady was very helpful as well. Overall, great Spa experience! Love it!
Despite my hair color service being a disappointment to me, the person who booked my appointment over the phone was professionally friendly. Sara E. could smile and exert more friendly vibes to have made me feel more trusting of her abilities. It turned out that she didn't follow my instructions on the hair color I wanted. Ohhhh well, maybe she'll be open to making improvements in her professional style.
I was torn between giving this place 3 or 4 stars. This is my first actually affordable spa experience in LA since moving here in 2013. They have daily specials so I decided to try it. I booked their same day Signature Massage. In the description on the email, it made it look like I get a 75 minute massage, and I get to choose between hot stones, aromatherapy, and a foot scrub. But NO... You get all three! For $90!!! Amazing. And complimentary parking to boot. The layout of the facility is just okay. The woman who checked me in brought me to the locker room and in her instructions to get to the resting room, she actually said I would have to take three rights to get there. I wandered around a bit in my robe and ended up in the main salon waiting room. Having no idea I just sat down, but was kindly escorted to the real resting area. Upon later inspection I found that there was really only one sign within the three right turns I had to take. The locker room was clean and had most of the supplies included with other spas with one notable exception: no body lotion anywhere. I could have missed it though. The locking mechanism on the lockers felt antiquated and complicated, but they had instructions posted to help. The resting area was nice and relaxing. Some women in there had tea and water, but I couldn't figure out where they got it from. The massage itself was amazing! Like I said I was surprised when I got aromatherapy, hot stones, and a scrub. I will definitely be back. My spa habit is expensive, but this place won't break my bank.
Alice was able to get me in fast for a color repair. I took a chance and went to a salon in Tehachapi, the town we moved to, and the gal bleached my dark brown hair and turned it pink/orange. I drove two hours south because Alice was able to get me in fast and work wonders on my hair! I seriously cannot praise her enough for dealing with someone else's mess and doing a beautiful job! I walked out of The Spa Santé with soft, dark hair again and with some products to help with the health of my hair. Thank you so much Alice!
