It was great.  But seems the company has become just as uncaring as any other insurance company out there.  Not happy at all with the increase in my auto insurance for absolutely no reason.    Once upon a time you were treated with dignity and given good rates with no increases for being a good driver.  Now they jack your rates and say it's because of everyone else.

After unsuccessfully trying to call to speak to an agent, I attended the Allstate office in person.  Ryan very capably made the necessary amendments to my auto policy, very quickly and efficiently and I was happily on my way.  Thank you Ryan for giving me the face to face time I needed to ensure that my new vehicle was properly insured!

Ryan was EXTREMELY helpful in getting our home insurance set up and transferred over to All State. He went above and beyond, was quick to action and was extremely pleasant to work with. Who would have thought dealing with home insurance could be a delight?  Thanks, Ryan!

Excellent service. I was looking for motorcycle insurance and am in the process of moving all my insurance over. Kristen was very helpful and took the time to help with all my needs. My process required many back and forth calls and emails and Kristen was always happy to help. I would recommend her to any who is looking for insurance.

We had an offer come at our workplace to get a free gift card by just getting a quote from Allstate, being with b3II@ir direct for 8 years I figured it was time to try someone and this was the perfect excuse. I got in touch with Kristen Candow and we went over the house and vehicle details, and the first quote without proper details turned out to be $40/month less AND with 2 million liability, not 1 million! So that was the deciding factor to switch and i'm glad i did. The other important point to note that with Allstate I had a direct contact with the insurance agent, not some call centre in the other part of the world. And, she was amazing, I couldn't talk on the phone due to my work setting and she didn't doing multiple emails to get my insurance coverage going. So, definitely would recommend Allstate!

After years of insurance premiums going up, I decided to shop around, which brought me to Allstate and a very knowledgeable young man named Ryan Reckenberg, who helped us with a new policy for our home and vehicles. Not only was Ryan a pleasure to meet , he knew exactly what we wanted and was able to supply us with a policy that saved us money and the coverage is excellent, Unfortunately can only rate at 5 stars for Ryan, his work and personality are worth  so much more! Thankyou again Ryan........................

I had an absolutely incredible experience dealing with Ryan Reckenberg for getting home insurance for my rental property. He is honest, open, and willing to help. He gave me great advice and even helped lower my auto insurance by suggesting a bundle that I was happy to do. I feel so well taken care of and I am comforted to know that such a great broker is just a phone call away to help me with any questions or problems. He genuinely cares about his clients.
