Detlor has been my insurance agency for well over 20 years now and that's because I've never had any reason to go anywhere else. They are always eager to help me, they are patient, polite, and never try to sell me more insurance than what meets my needs. In today's world especially, being treated in such a kind and respectful way is refreshing!

I am so very happy with this agency, they take the time, no matter what time it is to assist you with your insurance needs. As a matter of fact I would especially like to tell you about an experience I had today. I called them at 4:45 didn’t know for sure when they closed, I thought it was 6:00 not 5:00 to do some business about our homeowners policy and Duane Detlor took my call and he was amazing! I kept offering to call him back tomorrow because that’s when I asked what time they closed and he said 5:00. I felt so bad because it was closing time but he insisted on helping me and it was something he had never encountered before. So needless to say he was able to figure it out rather quickly and we were done by 5:00. Duane was so kind and thoughtful and just wanted to help me. I personally give him a 10 star review for his help and patience. He is a rockstar, so thank you again Duane for taking the time to take care of my insurance needs.

If I could give zero stars I would have. I reside with my son, They offered a PLPD Policy for 3,300 and tried to force me to put him on my policy, which If it were state law, I wouldn't to have a problem. I am My son's room&mate, I would not expect my room-mate to divulge all of my personal info to my "ROOMMATES" INSURANCE COMPANY. THIS IS NOT MICHIGAN LAW, I SPOKE WITH DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, THEY RECOMMENDED I FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THIS AGENT, IN WHICH I WILL. IF YOU WANT A GOOD AGENT IN BELLEVILLE? GO THREW STATE FARM. AND MIGHT I ADD I HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD. STATE FARM CHARGED ME $800 FOR YEARLY COVERAGE. GTH DETLOR
