This place is beautiful place to lay your love ones to rest in peace. My tío was brought here to rest in October of 2021 so I speak from experience of losing a loved one. Despite this there are few things that the people that run this place do that are inexcusable. On the day of my tíos funeral they seemed annoyed in the fact that so many of our family and friends showed up. I come from a Mexican family so this event meant a lot not only to my grandparents and their children but others who branch from them. They also didn’t want to give my family the amount of time sufficient to properly mourn our lost. Even after this we still have and are experiencing issues. They are rude to my family and when they wanted to put decorations up for Día de los Muertos they wouldn’t allow it because it was “on a date that didn’t allow decorating.” There are more things I would like to add on but if I could I would be here all day. Conclusively, it’s a good place to let your loved ones rest but the people running the place show no respect to those just attempting to keep their loved ones memories alive.
Very impressed with their above & beyond customer service. I had never been to this cemetery until I found some family through Ancestry DNA. I met a Great Aunt at the location to visit the final resting place of my Great Grandmother. One of the groundsmen, Manuel, saw us searching and offered his assistance to locate our loved one. When we found it, the headstone was very weathered and not readable. Manuel was very kind & took the time to get it all cleaned up, making it look new again, while exchanging stories. We appreciate his kindness and help! Never have I ever visited a cemetery who had such pleasant people ready & happy to assist!
Death is something no one wishes would occur, but one is never prepared to deal with it. My wife’s grandmother passed away recently. We had her burial here the option we went with was Mausoleum burial that was here wish. I really loved it here they let you say your final goodbyes in peace we didn’t feel pressured to leave. What can I say even though it’s a rough and tough time for our family we are happy and grateful she’s in peace. One day we’ll reunite but I’m going to ask if they have purchasing plans because I loved the service that was given to the family.
The area is beautiful and the lawns are kept well. What I had issue with was the people who work there. Their gardener chipped my dad's portrait and they said they would replace the picture for free. Ok, cool. I wanted to change his gravestone anyway. When I told them this, they said they had nothing on file regarding this, but that they'd give me a discount. Ok, fine, whatever. Then they tell me that they couldn't find my dad's account in their system. Um, he's been buried there for over 10 years. Eventually they found him but when I called to pay for the new gravestone, they said that the receipt number doesn't exist. I had to talk to the person who drafted my transaction, who was the only one that had the copy of the order. What is this joke? Do they not communicate with each other? What good is their electronic system if they can't look up an order? I hope to never have to deal with them again.
Beautiful and historic cemetery in the city of Ontario. Graves date back to the early 20th century. Probably the nost notable internment is George Chaffey, the founder of Ontario, California in the late 19th century.
Sad to say why they got 1 star reason being I've contacted them many time looking for my grandson Robert Jacob Ochoaseeing my ex -daughter inlaw darlene sanchez moreno refused to give information regarding his services after raising him when he was a child because she was on drugs I used your business for services when I had my flower shop flower magic Thank you Irene Arredondo

In Memory of Elias A. 1992 - 2001. Bellevue Memorial Park is a resting place that helped in a time of despair. This was a chapter in life that remains painful.
