This place doesn’t care about the dead. I witnessed the yard workers kick flowers off of the headstones and run over the head stones with their tractors. There’s tons of tire marks on a lot of headstone’s. My brother headstone has been damaged by the yard workers and nothing has been done about it at all. It’s so sad seeing the way this cemetery treats the dead. My cousin has been buried in the Reedley cemetery for 18 years already and his headstone looks brand new compared to my brothers.I covered up the names on the stones out of respect for the families.
I’ve had 4 family members or friends laid to rest here and each experience has been horrible in regards to customer service and communication on the staff’s part. Unfortunately, i had to keep coming back due to family and friends demanding to be buried next to or at same cemeterythis place as previously deceased family. I would not recommend this place to anyone else and I’ve made it clear to family and friends that we will not be using this place ever again. This place is a business that has very little regard for its customers’ satisfaction. Seems like the staff are very unorganized and don’t manage their time very well. You will be pushed through the process once you sign the papers but the initial meet&greet is full of a false sense of empathy. The ordeal of losing someone is unbearable enough to have to deal with a business like Belmont Memorial Park. I have verbally expressed my frustration in person to the staff specific detail of everything that went wrong and requested it be relayed to supervisors and/or management.
Big BeautifuLL park and cemetery. Well taken care of. The groundskeeper was very helpfuLL and friendly.
To the whole team, Thank you for warmth and kindness you showed me through a unbelievably difficult time. I will forever be grateful to everyone that was involved with me …
Several times they have broken my grandparents stones but after awhile of calling and bugging they do fix them other then that its clean, quiet and, sometimes the restrooms are open.
We will never recommend Belmont's services to our family and friends again, regardless of how beautiful the cemetery is. We chose Belmont when my newborn daughter passed away in 2002 and almost 20 years later we returned to bury my dad so they would be near each other. Both experiences were professional and kind and Frank was a great help. Our family decided to purchase 3 additional plots to plan ahead for future family members, and after 2 years of payments they decided to cancel our contract due to a delinquent payment without contacting us they said they were going to mail out a notice shortly, but had not gotten around to it at the time we tried to submit the late payment. There are no refunds, so we were given a credit of the amount paid, and told we can create a new contract at the new purchase price over $1,500 increase. To make matters worse, when we tried to speak to the office, the president Heidi told us that her decision was final even though she could provide no paper work to support notification or cancelation and she HUNG UP ON US. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, especially from a business who has already received more than $15,000 in money and over 20 years of loyalty from my family.
I went to Belmont Memorial Park on Monday November 1st to place flowers on mu Father's resting place. Was shocked to see they had lost 23 of their beautiful trees in the last storm a week ago. My Father's flower vase had been smashed. The grounds keeper Larry, was so very kind and helpful. He quickly got me a new container. I was soo happy and pleased. He made my visit very memorial. I'd like to thank him for his wonderful service!!!
I think this the best place to be buried n very clean
