If you lose someone you love, I would highly recommend Cherished Funeral Home. The director, Michael, was so compassionate, very knowledgeable about rules and regulations of the business, extremely helpful and very professional at all times. Family and friends all had nothing but high praise for Michael and Cherished staff. They were impressed by the amount of support and care provided during the viewing, funeral and at the cemetery. I will alway be thankful to the staff for helping to ease the pain of losing our loved one.

We just had a special service with Cherished Memories - Fresno for our beloved mother. They were so wonderful to work with. Answering all our questions and going above and beyond to make this as stress free and memorable as possible. We highly recommend them.
I tried to stay quiet but I can't...I don't know what kind of operation they're running down there but last week I went to my friend's service and the director Michael put the WRONG BODY in the casket and clothes that belonged to my friend. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Then michael was running back and forth into a room. I could hear him calling frantically trying to find the body. He didn't even know where my friend was! I've never been in this much stress in my life. I have a good mind to report him to the authorities because the emotional distress he has caused me is almost unbearable. I can't believe he didn't know! I will NEVER recommend Cherished Memories to anyone! I will tell everyone my experience if they ever consider this place! Worst service ever!
My dad passed away unexpectedly 3 weeks ago. It was a shock to say the least and the last thing we wanted to deal with was having to plan his funeral and worry about it all. Cherished funeral homes & Cecil made this has smooth as possible. They were patient every step of the way. It was our honor to have had Cecil and cherished funeral homes do the service for my incredible father. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I was not prepared for my mothers passing, Thank goodness I called Cherished Funeral home. All the staff went above and beyond to help with my mother. I have to give a huge Thank you to Michael. He was my Angel during this process. He was so kind and caring. They were very thorough and prompt and most of all they were very compassionate during the rough time. I highly recommend Cherished Funeral Home for your loved ones needs.
There are few words that can adequately express my appreciation for Cherished Funeral Home. I have never felt more vulnerable than the day I lost my mother. It is hard to imagine that there would be people who would try to take advantage of you in such a sensitive time, but believe me they are out there. Cecil and his staff treated my family with such sensitivity and honesty. We are eternally grateful!
All the staff here were very professional. They were straight foward with pricing and expectations. The room that the showing was held in was nice and spacious we had maybe 50 people attend. Alejandro was compassionate and professional. He took care of my father like if he was a family member.
