It's a beautiful casino the room's are nice but the comps have changed have to use it all at one time. I like it better when you can use some now and the rest later. All host and supervisor's at hotel are very nice and friendly. The people you deal with and come across are very nice and helpful that means everyone that works at Belterra is nice and pleasant.

I haven't been to a casino in 15 years.   Got put up at the Belterra for a night on a business trip.  The place was delightful!!!!!!  I had a blast at the Casino and then discovered the bar on the 1st floor.  Super friendly Bar Tender and had to stay till last call.  I hope to go back soon......Rooms: 5/5

My favorite get away! I can't say enough good things about the Belterra. They've always treated me with respect and generosity. The atmosphere is so welcoming. The flower display in the lobby is always absolutely gorgeous!! Especially during the Christmas season. I have been frequenting the Belterra for 14 years now and plan to continue on for as many years as possible. Thank you Belterra

Really about a 4.5. Room was super except for the low, low shower pressure.  The casino pays less often than some but more than others. A small smoke smell but not horrible. Stadium Bar and Restaurant was very good. The main floor bar was serving old IPAs. Not cool. Good trip overall.

It was great few years back! Now, payout is really, really low.. they programmed the slot machines to less payout and less bonuses.. also, they turned off the ATM/ cash redemption kiosk so that it doesn't take vouchers.. and the machines doesn't take any vouchers and only accepts cash.. when you leave the machine with the vouchers and try to use it on other games.. it doesn't work. Spend $3K on a machine single machine within 1 hour time frame and does not give bonuses... most they would give is 20X of your bet.... ridiculous.. I know it's gambling and taking chances but losing $10K in 1 day and no comps, nothing what so ever... never going back...

Great stay. Clean rooms. Staff was great. However they did have outdated rooms decor and amenities. Limited dining options. In casino, only one craps table was open during our stay and it was hard to get in the game due to so many people around the table. Hoping they will move casino on land in the near future!Rooms: 3/5

My first time staying here and the first time in the casino in years. No complaints. Friendly staff. Well-appointed rooms. Despite having to wait for our rooms to be ready because, like many businesses, they were short-staffed, we had a wonderful weekend.Rooms: 5/5

Ate lunch at Stadium Grill. Service, food and restaurant was really good. Casino was nice. Only issue is walking into a smoking floor. Could have used a map or something to direct us to different floors. Especially since I had my mom in wheelchair and didnt see the elevator.

My sister and I went last weekend for her 50th Birthday! We got a smoking room that was IMMACULATE and NEVER felt smoky! We were very impressed with the casino as it was smoking and you could NOT TELL...the air circulation and ventilation systems were very effective. Never did you know it was a smoking casino unless you saw someone smoking. The staff was friendly and polite and the environment was great! It was our last smoking Hurrah - and we were beyond satisfied with our stay!

Get any room quotes in writing. Will ok reservation but jack up price when you check in. Sports book only has live tellers 11-7. Winning sports bets in off hours only cashed in casino. Understaffed hotel where rooms not cleaned daily. Wont go back.Rooms: 1/5
