Beltone Hearing

We were greeted warmly and immediately. The young blond girl who helped me was very personable and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain how the ear works exactly which was very interesting. She than explained the procedure of the test and made sure I was completely comfortable with everything. Also the front desk works with you on pricing and payment options. Will definitely be buying my hearing aids there. My mom just purchased her's last week. Highly recommend them!!

Reception was very cordial and friendly. Technician explained process and results thoroughly and professionally. I was never pressured to purchase hearing aids even though some readings were border line.

The worst place to get hearing aids I have found. Having a problem with the battery going dead and all they did was installed an update. 12/17/2021 Nice to know that companies do read reviews. After the above review I received a call from Beltone asking me what they could do to make this right. Told them my hearing aids were less than a year old and wanted them replaced. He said they would replace them. Within two weeks I had a new set of hearing aids and have been working great ever since. A very happy costumer. Thank you Beltone.

Believe this tech was more thorough as have have had experiences with several others over several years. It required more than one visit but she was helpful and feel we together have gotten my hearing aid adjustment to my satisfaction 5 stars

The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The facility in Lee Summit has the best staff now that has ever been there. They seemed genuinely concerned about your hearing and the quality of your life.

My mother is 88 years old and sometimes she gets confused. The hearing specialist at the Lees Summit Center is very patient and respectful. He repeats things when he needs to and reteaches when needed. He is perfect for his job.

Brad is so helpful and knowledgeable - I trust him completely with my hearing issues and value his opinion and advice. No better place if you have hearing issues!

Joe Tucker was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. He explained everything so I was able to understand what was happening i would definitely refer him to all my family and friends.

Companies that buy names from a list and send out mailers will never get my business. They will not get my father's business either. Why won't they get his business? He passed away in 2011. Yet, somehow I'm getting 850.00 gift cards for Beltone for him. On top of this, my dad never lived in KC. But hey, thanks for the reminder that my father is gone. I needed that today.
