I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Anna to help me get an upgrade on my fiancee's ring! Not only was she helpful in store, but contacted me on her off day to let me know the diamond I ordered had arrived. She really made this process easy me and gave me a great ring buying experience!
Would absolutely recommend this store for your next jewelry purchase, if you're anything like me, I know nothing about jewelry and needed serious help. I worked with the store manager Anna, she was absolutely wonderful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She walked me through the whole process and found me the PERFECT bracelet, she even managed to get it shipped, soldered, and engraved before Christmas! If you're ever in the market for new jewelry or need an amazing gift, stop by Ben Bridge and ask for Anna!
Great experience. Andre helped me with my wedding ring got a complimentary cleaning and now my ring is SPARKLING!! He answered all my questions ***hinted to bringing in the Disney jewelry collection*** cause if you are a major Disney fan like me that would be a eaaasy sale but that's just me but all in all I recommend this jewelry store and this will be my go jeweler, sending my husband there soon to speak with Mr. Medina about a future gift! I’m not a jewelry person at all, so my fiancé and I needed to go into a jeweler to look at rings and get an idea of what we wanted and sizes, etc for our wedding rings. We had no intentions of buying from them, but they looked like they had the best options. We went in and not only did they have multiple options for rings and sizes for us to see what they liked, but the two people we worked with were attentive and really informative. We ended up getting both our wedding bands there and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks to Vanessa and Nikki at the Flatirons Mall location!
I had a great experience. I came in looking for a Tissot Open Heart watch and June, the associate, helped me. She took it out and recommended a couple other watches and I ended up going with a Hamilton, which I hadn't even considered before, thanks to her recommendation. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking at buying a watch.
I cannot begin to express how great everyone at this store is. I’ve been going here for 5 or so years and they never fail to deliver to get me exactly what I want. Anna has helped me build a few different ring sets and always helps me pick exactly what I need for my mom or mother-in-law for all occasions. She is not only great to work with, but has become a really great friend and I look forward to watching her and her family grow as our friendship develops. I went in to get my engagement ring rhodium plated before my wedding so that it would look like new for the pictures. Caleb looked at my ring and thought he would be able to just polish it for the same effect, rather than having to send it out right before my wedding. Caleb brought the ring back after polishing it and it looked fantastic! It was great customer service on Caleb's part and I will definitely be returning to Ben Bridge Jeweler for any jewelry needs.
The person,Anna, was so helpful in arranging the repair for my husband’s Rolex watch. We have been customers of Ben Bridge for over 18 years because they have never let us down. Always friendly and good customer service !
