I absolutely love Buckle! Their jeans are excellent quality and long lasting. Plus their team’s customer service is amazing. I went in today feeling hopeless because my favorite style isn’t being sold anymore. When I said something Annivette made it her mission that I leave that store with a pair of jeans that I felt comfortable in and loved! She not only helped me look through multiple pairs and styles but when I was starting to feel like giving up she reassured me there was something out there for me. Being a bigger girl it felt good when she didn’t give up on finding jeans for my body type many other places will just recommend a plus size store. I’ll be coming back time and time again. And again a big thank you to Annivette!
Ivan helped my son and I find him his first pair of boots and several other items! He knew stuff along side perfect customer service! We will definitely be back! If you’re in store ask for Ivan he is amazing
I wore a pair of boots out of the store to my house and didn’t love them. Tried returning all they did was offer store credit. If you buy something from these guys you better love it. I won’t be back I’ve spent so much money over the years at The Buckle. That will definitely be the last time I will shop there 100% the manager was super rude too!

Great staff was so impressed by how happy everyone was to help! I will definitely be coming back to this location over the other locations! They have so much clothes and shoes in stock that simply are unavailable at other locations. Definitely recommend
Wonderful experience! Great selection and the staff was awesome. I can't remember names, but the guy with the glasses who likes destructed jeans and the very tall from my 5'4" perspective woman, were amazing to work with!
Stella was so awesome! She helped me find all sorts or cute tops, and helped me find the right size jeans. I need a 36/37 inch inseam and they always have that length in stock, which I love! She helped me find the right color top to go with my newly natural grey hair. Such a great experience! I love The Buckle! Thank you Stella!
Went into the store to pay my bill I didn’t have a mascon they gave me a mask and I asked josh if it was really that efffing serious and he told me he don’t have to help asked me to leave the store this is a store that I spent thousands of dollars in. I will not return back. The customer service that I received from the store in the past it was awesome the customer service now is absolutely ridiculous Josh is not only rude but very disrespectful to the customers I do not select him as a good candidate of customer service. He asking me to leave the store because I wouldn’t put on a mask all the way on because I was already ready for the day and I didn’t wanna smash my beard on my face . His way was just refusing to give me customer service and telling me to leave the store. And he did not care if I returned back to the store. I am a firm believer he will be the reason why you lose more clients and more clientele. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced from the store and because of josh I probably will not return.
I think I was there 2/26/18. but Wendy, Nisa, Amanda, Joan and Sam were awesome! They were really fun to work with I needed to buy several pairs of jeans as all of mine had died at once. They were great sales people and convinced me to buy some pretty shirts too which is good because I've been needing to invest in some cute clothes. I left the store feeling very confident with lots of great new stuff in tow.
Annivette and Cole are two of the nicest people i’ve ever met.! Both of them had such amazing costumer service. They were always very helpful with my finding the right size, especially since i had never worn their pants before. Will definitely return. Thank you guys!!
