This Nursing home Facility is filled with Good Hearted people and Hard workers!! Staff Handles care to the best their abilities! Being a resident Here, has its ups and Downs! But, everyone Helps to the best and means well!!! But everyone has their own opinion on how this place should be. But to me, I make it work!!! Thanks to everyone here that works and also to Head staff!!! I’m very Blessed to just have a place over my head with Amazing and Good Hearted People!!! Thanks!!! God Bless!!!

Great staff and clean building! We are so happy our mom is at Benbrook. Especially during this icy weather and we can't get to her, we know she's being taken very well cared for!

Note all good reviews are from 4 or 5 years ago. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY. IT IS INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS. They do minimal extermination treatment. Residents with violent tendencies are allowed to verbally assault other residents. Staff ignores patient requests for assistance. Patients will be given food they are allergic too, especially on weekends. Medication is not properly monitored and your family member may go 2 or 3 days without medications until refills come in. Clothes, even when monogramed disappear. They are under state investigation.

Have a friend that is a residence here just found out that he cannot take anything out of his room as for every resident there too because of some sort of infestation that they're refusing to tell the residents and their family members about.

I have been employed by this facility for 17 years and only have great things to say about this facility. We currently have a new Administrator and Don and I see lots of improvements with the short time they have been here. I can honestly say our facility has no urine odors and very happy residents. Please feel free to stop by and check up out.

I worked there for 2 years. The entire time I had worked there I was working as medication aide and cna because they had very little workers. We were overworked and they showed that they didn't appreciate us. Head department would not come in to help. You could report things about the residents and they would do nothing about it. You would be a target if you fight for the resident to have better care. I was working both med carts and the floor, because the other med aide would take off. Then they banned me from the building and took my PTO because I found another job. They are horrible.

Do not place your loved ones here! They dont give black patients pain neds but the doctor writes triplicates for the white patients!.Ny brother has been there for 2 weeks and the Dr and DON refuse to order prescribed medication that he came with from the hospital! If he was an old white man he wouldve had his meds with no questions asked! I have called state and they lied to they saying they are sending him to a pain Md. Im calling the news station next!

Tried to deliver 2 pickles for a client's mother through Uber eats. Staff yelled at me over which door to use and was rude to patient's daughter. NEVER put your loved ones here. Staff will be rude to take advantage of clients within facility to take Uber orders and harass Uber drivers

My Grandfather is a patient at this facility and his care has been great. The staff seem to care about the people who live there like they are family. No place is going to be perfect, and I have been around quite a few Skilled Nursing Homes and know it can be very difficult at times. The residents there seem to get along with staff well, and I here a lot of good things from the other patients there. I give them four stars only because there is always room for improvement.
