I have had 2 hip replacements since October, 2021. Hayden has been my Physical Therapist throughout.  My  recovery from the first one was a total success due to PT and my vigilant exercise program designed by him.  He included the same exercises for my left hip in anticipation of my April surgery.  While the first one was a relatively easy recovery the second one was even easier.  I had greater strength and balance going into it.  I can't recommend Hayden Miller, Doctor of Physical Therapy enough. I can't thank you enough Hayden.

Hayden and his team were amazing in getting me through PT and on the road to recovery.  Enjoyed the interactions, challenged in my exercises and got results.  Very caring and focused on helping me get back on track.

Hayden and team kept me highly motivated with innovative techniques and diligent scrutiny of my progress and attitude. I am back to dancing maybe not so much risk taking and appreciate Hayden’s guidance more than I can express!

I started PT thinking there was no way some exercise would help the kind of pain I had been in. Hayden quickly diagnosed my issues and put me to work. Within a few sessions I was already feeling better. Not only that, but Hayden has a great sense of humor and makes it fun. I'm going to miss him and the friendly ladies at the front desk. I can't say enough good things about Hayden and Benchmark!

My husband and I both had physical therapy at this location.  We even had joint "Family PT" sessions for a while.  We have loved working with Hayden.  He actually makes the sessions fun while managing to challenge you.  And if you slip up and skip a day of workouts at home, he doesn't guilt you, but encourages you.  I'm having my last session this week and am almost sad because we've become friends.  My husband and I have made amazing progress and now have the tools and motivation to continue working out at the gym.   For 2 former couch potatoes, that's quite a tribute! I thoroughly enjoyed doing my physical therapy at Benchmark in Wilsonville.  I really appreciated working with both Hayden and Heather.  Hayden is very encouraging and patient and by the time my therapy was done, I knew that I had made a great friend.  My shoulder range of motion is back at 100%.  You will be happy to work with this team of professionals!

I was referred to the Benchmark Physical Therapy offing Wilsonville for a pre op appointment prior to hip replacement surgery. At that time I was introduced to a Hayden and team. I was skeptical as I had been a satisfied patient at a different Physical Therapy group. My Physical Therapy at Benchmark Wilsonville began two weeks post surgery. Hayden and his group exceeded my expectations. The office is run efficiently and you are soon meant to feel that your recovery and improvement is the priority of their office even though other patients are receiving care at the same time. Hayden has the ability to multitask insuring his direct patient is receiving the same care as a patient receiving care from a PT student. My last current visit was today only because I will be traveling for an extended period. I highly recommend Hayden and Benchmark Physical Therapy in Wilsonville.

I recently had five physical therapy sessions at BenchMark in Wilsonville, Oregon with Hayden Miller after total knee replacement surgery. Hayden was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very enjoyable to be around. I was able to gain much of my range of motion back in just 10 short days.  I highly recommend BenchMark and Hayden for anyone in need of quality physical therapy.

I started working with Hayden after hip replacement surgery. Ten days after the surgery, I experienced a complication at home, and was very worried and emotional about the prospect of my recovery. I decided to talk Hayden at my next appointment about my questions and fears. He was absolutely marvelous! He listened attentively, answered my questions and helped me work through my fears. Then, he gently guided me toward moving forward with recovery. I appreciate his understanding and ability to explain the physiology, his support and his professionalism. He has helped me stay on track and has helped me feel confident that I will indeed recover. Thank you, Hayden.

I meant to write this ages ago, but better late than never! Hayden, Hailey and Heather were absolute lifesavers! They literally taught me how to walk again! Everyone who works here is so encouraging and knowledgeable and I never would’ve recovered from my surgery without them! Not only will they help with recovery/rehab but also gaining confidence back after an injury! Highly suggest this place for physical therapy!
