This is the best tanning salon in all of Vegas in my opinion. They have many levels to choose from including a stand up. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. The hours for me would be the only negative but I have just changed my schedule around to be there when they open at 10. Highly recommend!
Paid for 1 month of tanning services after 1 month expired ultimate tanning continued to deduct 100.00 from my bank account had to call them and get verbally explained how to opt out/cancel my membership seems like a big long benefit to ultimate tanning to keep pounding my bank account really hard ultimate charging !
They make you flip on and off the breaker switch for a bed that isn't working properly instead of replacing or fixing the bed! Yikes! The vents, floors, and the corners of rooms are filthy. Also, Madison is extremely rude and by the looks of the reviews I am not the only person who has had numerous bad experiences with her. Needless to say, I will not be renewing my year subscription plan. I recommend going down the road to Tan Republic for a cleaner, safer tan.
This place has now ripped me off twice! First they discarded my lotion that they were supposed to be keeping for me. But the didn’t say they no longer had it until after I purchased $130 worth of tans. So I left so not to unload on the desk worker. I did not want to pay their outrageous price for lotion especially since they tossed my almost full bottle So today I went there to use one of the tans I purchased and was given a lower intensity bed than I paid for on the other visit. It didn’t seem right so I asked when I was leaving. The gal at the front desk confirmed that I had just used a lower intensity bed so I paid for a level 5 but only got a level 2. She didn’t say a word about it when I went in. Also, she was so busy looking at her phone I wasn’t sure she was paying any attention. I guess I’ll use the others I paid for but then I will find a location that doesn’t rip you off!Service: Tanning
I have been a customer for a little over two years and I love the customer service! Also they are the best at keeping it real! Great package deals and no pressure to do something you don’t want or need. I truly feel at home with them. And they always satisfy any concerns you might have, immediately. They've been sanitizing beds for years, provide clean individual face towels & disposable eye protection. Very clean with a friendly, helpful staff. Fair pricing. I've been a customer for years.
This place is AWESOME! I cancelled and paid the cancellation fee from my previous tanning salon contract just so I could come here to Ultimate Tanning. The atmosphere is fabulous, they have more tanning beds than you could even imagine, the powerful Hydration Station Ask an associate for more details! I guarantee you will LOVE it! It's a steam cocoon for you and your entire body as your head stays out of the cocoon although you cod stick your head in for a minute for a quick steam facial and it literally melts away cellulite especially if you have some extra SWEAT OIL like Sweet Sweat, a vast selection of lotions at 20% off once you're a member, and a very energetic and charasmatic staff who absolutely adore their job... No unhappiness in this place.... I absolutely will go back to them once my back has recovered since I can't lay flat down on anything at the moment. And just another fact, they will let you out of your contract with a doctor's note saying that you are a table to either 10 or lay flat on your back to get the full benefits tanning / hydration. It is just an awesome place to go to whether you are stressed out to the max or you just want to relax.!
