I had 2 rings that I wanted to sell and I was very apprehensive to even go to them due to the experience I had at Walsh Jewelers. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount they offered which was well over what I was offered by Walsh. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Had to post. These guys really are top notch. My mom got sick and finances got in a pickle while I moved her. These gentlemen were nothing but a joy to talk to and do business with. No one loves to do a temporary pawn loan, but these two men made it very nice. I enjoyed shooting the breeze, hearing about their history and music, even got a little listen to Sam play which was cool they were very fair in their pricing, and even gave me info on some pieces of jewelry I didn't know. They really took care of me. Should I ever need it, there's no place else I would go. I highly recommend them! Thanks.

I found the perfect engagement ring here, they were really nice and helpful and reasonably priced. We even bought my wedding band elsewhere and they rhodium coated both rings so they matched in color. Had both rings sized and they fit perfect. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend going here to anyone. They are professionals and know what they are doing. These two gentlemen are so kind and opened. Answered all of my questions and made me and my husband feel comfortable. Got what we brought in for what it's worth. They are honest people.. Taught us some things to look out for buying jewelry which was great to know.. Showed us some amazing things and we also got a great performance from them playing their classic guitars. Awesome musicians!! Thank you for that!!! You both made our day much brighter. Good customer service is so hard to find. We need more good people like you two in this world.

Love this place! They have just about anything you're looking for. It's a nice family owned business by a father and son. Chuck is the father and Sam is the son. They are two really awesome guys! Great shop with amazing people running it. The two gentlemen were kind and interesting. Answered all of my questions, let me look at all of their really cool stuff, and even taught me a couple of things about antiques. Highly recommend! Very reasonable prices too. If you are in the area, check them out if you have a chance.

I was in Appleton earlier this week and brought coins to another pawn shop and left that store feeling insulted at how they treated me and what the offer given was.I was heading south and decided to stop at Chucks place and not only was he welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly, his offer was double what was offered earlier.I would recommend this shop to anyone close to me for the respect shown to me and offer given for the worth I know I had but mainly because of Chuck himself. Great man, well run business and he truly showed he cared about me as a person first and foremost. John T

Omg they are a blessing they help me out so much when I was going threw a horrible situation. They worked with me many times on my loan not trying to bet me nor rip me off they saved me. They also fun exciting and invited my and my family to there awesome concert. I thank you guys so much
