Monique is awesome. I brought my mom for an eyebrow wax and she felt the service was quick and easy. We were both curious about other services and were educated on lamination vs tinting. Monique made us both feel very comfortable and made time to add the tinting service to the wax appointment so my mom could have the best service possible. My mom was very happy with the service overall and loves her eyebrows.
Love getting my brows tinted and waxed at Benefit in Los Gatos. Isabelle is amazing! She takes good care to make sure my brow color and shape are exactly how I want them. She’s also super friendly and fun to talk to. Highly recommended!
Emily did my brows and lashes today and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had getting that service! She was very kind and walked through every step. The lash tint, which can sometimes be painful, was super easy. Nice to find people who go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. :

I had the BEST brow waxing experience. Gigi did a perfect job on my brows and even provided me with an under eye mask. She is very professional and easy to talk to and helped me choose makeup projects that work well with my skin type. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and I will be coming back!
I had 4 services done at the Los Gatos location. The store is bright, clean and organized. Gigi gave me great service, taking time to listen to what I wanted and offering helpful suggestions. I’m really happy with my brow color and shape. I highly recommend Gigi!
My experience at the Benefit Boutique with Sabrina in Los Gatos was amazing! She is such a talented esthetician and I am so happy with my results! She did the lamination, tint and waxed. Her instructions and tips and tricks for care after was so helpful!! She is so pleasant and does a great job…you leave feeling like you got a full face makeover! Thank you Sabrina!
Isabelle is great! I’ve been to her several times for lash and brow tint. Each time she gets the color right, does not leave a lot of residual dye due to making sure she’s prepped things properly, and does a good clean up routine that helps reduce any irritation. She’s friendly and easy to talk to. I will continue to book with her and hope she stays at this location

I just received a facial from Mo and my skin looks amazing! My skin is glowing! She explained each step to me as well as the benefits pun intended to my skin. It was the perfect 30 minute facial to refresh my skin. I can't wait to go back for my next facial.
