I am updating my post from my previous… the massage chair we ordered is now in our possession and though we had to wait a little longer than expected we are extremely happy with the chair. The owner of Sleep and Spa was very communicative and made sure our chair was delivered to our door. The two gentlemen that brought it in set it up nicely and were very helpful. We will be recommending this chair to all our friends.
We just purchased a new mattress from Eric at Bennington Mattress. He was outstanding to work with. He was so knowledgeable about every product in his store, and he did a great job of dissecting our mattress needs. He did not put pressure on us and he was very respectful of our budget. P.S. Eric made the experience completely kid friendly!
My boyfriend and I recently bought a new mattress at Bennington and it was a GREAT experience. We worked with Eric and he was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to answer all of our questions and reviewed all of our options with us. He helped us to pick out the perfect mattress and we are sleeping better than ever!
Me and my wife shopped at the Saratoga location. Eric was incredible when helping us search for a new mattress. The experience was personal and he devoted all of his attention to helping us find the best mattress. The location in Saratoga is easy to get to and they have a great selection. I highly recommend doing business with Bennington Mattress, and thanks Eric we love our new mattress!
Eric was a tremendous help. I was dreading going into a mattress store and being badgered and pressured -- but Bennington Mattress was a relaxing experience throughout. In fact, we got in and out in about 20 minutes on budget and on the schedule we needed. When we first entered we were walked through the various options and asked up front what our budget was. Amazingly, we were given many great options in our price range. We got to try 7 or 8 mattresses until we found the perfect match. No bait and switch pricing or gimmicks at checkout. Just a nice experience.
Eric provided exemplary customer service. He went out of his way to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchases. He is also scheduling their truck to come back and pick up our old mattress that got forgotten when they delivered our new. I would highly recommend you stop into Bennington Mattress in Saratoga and talk to Eric before purchasing a mattress anywhere else. He is very knowledgeable and all about customer service.
My girlfriend and I bought a mattress from Eric last November, and I can honestly say I've never had a better furniture shopping experience. The thing I was was most impressed by was how well he explained each mattress we tested without getting too wrapped up in technical details, or hard-selling us on feature rather than need. You can tell he really understands and cares about the kind of investment a mattress represents, and that he doesnt want you to be unhappy six months later. It's been well over six months since I got my mattress, and I can confidently say it was a solid investment because I had the right guidance, and we ended up with something that fits both of our preferences.
