Dr. Long and the front office staff were SO incredibly kind and patient with my very vocal pup, Athena. I drove an hour to BAH based on the fantastic reviews from other people and I was not disappointed! They treated my girl with compassion, let her give all the kisses she wanted, and explained to me in great detail my options for treatment. Dr. Long really, truly cares and I cannot express how grateful I am to have found a veterinarian I can trust with my girl!

Dr Long and his whole team are the best. I absolutely love coming to visit them. My dog has become a hefty chonk and Dr. Long was so helpful. Down to the pets level. Good attention to detail in the exam, great office staff. I’ve known him for years and the picture is a bit older but he truly went above and beyond for each pet I’ve had including this acupuncture.

We've been going to Berea Animal Hospital for years and I've always been happy with Dr. Long. However, yesterday our beloved dog was hit by a car and the compassion shown by Dr. Long was incredible. It felt like he was a member of our family. He helped comfort my 11 year old like she was his own daughter and his empathy was evident when he saw my son so upset. He didn't rush us in making decisions or when it came time to say our goodbyes. There are so many other things that were done by Dr. Long yesterday showing how much he cares, not only for his patients, but their families. Just know this....... he will absolutely treat your family how he would want to be treated. I can't imagine how much harder this would have been with another vet who may have treated it as, "just another day in the office".

I absolutely love this place! Dr Long an staff are so caring for you and your pet. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. It’s the best vet office around!

Dr.Long is one of the most passionate vetrenarians I have had the pleasure of encountering. He was so gentle and patient with our dog Chloe. She was very sick and Dr.Long stayed with her until midnight because he was afraid she may pass and he did not want her to be alone. She was in severe heart failure and her body could not fight much longer. I made the decision to let her go so she would no longer be fighting to breath. It was so very hard. Dr.Long stayed in the room and explained the entire process. She passed away peacefully. He is such an incredible human. I am forever grateful for him.

Dr. Long is the nicest, most genuine vet I've ever taken my pets to. I have been going for three or four years and he and the staff have always been so helpful and accommodating. 100% recommend!

The entire staff is experienced, caring and kind. Wonderful and thorough with my fur babies.

Dr. Long is quite possible one of the greatest and sweetest doctors we could have ever found for our cats. The staff are also incredibly friendly, and they even have a sweet little cat that likes pets hanging in the office. Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars.

They are very nice and helpful. My cat was very sick so I called but unfortunately the doctor wasn't in and I felt like it was an emergency so I was forced to go somewhere else but I promise you this, this is now and forever will be my choice in animal hospitals. Thank you to all the staff and doctors that work there.
