I needed a policy only Farmers offers so I found Lisa online instead of using my usual agent. All was well when I was handing her business- first one policy, a few months later another. However one day a small issue came up needing clarification so I called her office. She was appalled at being bothered! To quote her, "she is running a business and has no time for this". A few days later she followed up with the email containing the 800 number. I called and the agent on the phone was truly surprised that I had to call myself, instead of the agent taking care of it. Luckily, my regular agent is now contracted with Farmers so I was able to transfer the policies. I now know I will be taken care of. If you are researching an agent, I encourage you to go elsewhere.

Rebecca was very patient and was able to help me out with my situations.

Lisa is very personable, knows insurance inside and out and is great with planning financial futures. She is also a great resource for other services like a real estate agent, for example.

Lisa always goes the extra mile to explain policies and make sure you’re getting all the discounts.  The few times I had a claim she was very helpful with the best solution and who to contact if needed.

She is an outstanding agent going out of her way to help clarify all insurance questions. I works recommend her.

Found Lisa to be well organized, extremely knowledgeable, and exuding competence.   Feel like nothing was left unaddressed.
