If you are looking for an outstanding insurance agent who truly cares for her clients then ask for Doris Ortega. She is excellent! I was on a bit of a time crunch and needed her assistance with renewing a policy. She was incredibly prompt, effective, and helpful.  I was very impressed with how quickly she was able to assist me and how kind and courteous she was throughout the entire process. She demonstrated exceptional professionalism. Her willingness to advocate for her clients and offer them the best coverage with the best rates is one of the many reasons she stands out. She left a lasting impression and I look forward to continue doing business with her. Major kudos for Doris!

Doris Ortega is by far the best insurance broker I have ever had. She went out of her way to get my son insurance and worked tirelessly. Our whole family will be using her. She is not only extremely competent, she is also extraordinarily kind. I found Doris by reading her reviews. So I want to make sure to post this review. You will not be disappointed !

Can't recommend Lakeview and Andy Reese enough! We had traditionally bought our renters insurance, etc., online but were encouraged by our real estate agent to look locally when it came to home insurance. Andy spent time with us on the phone, answering all of our questions, educating us on types of policies, and adjusting our coverage for our own situation. I am so glad that we went with a local agent, and especially with Andy. He's knowledgable about the greater Chicago area, so was able to tell us whether we needed specific items like flood insurance and in what amount. When our parked car was crushed by a fallen tree over the 4th of July weekend, Andy walked us through the claim process, made sure we had a rental vehicle in our driveway within hours, and ensured that the adjuster got us a new car seat for our baby the same day so that we didn't have to go without one for any period of time. Andy and the Lakeview team are incredible and we wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have worked with Lakeview for over 20 years maybe closer to 30... and have been satisfied with the service and the recommendations for policies. No issues that I can recall over all that time.

I have been a long-time customer of Lakeview Insurance Agency. Doris has been my agent for many years from insuring my first car and apartment to now insuring my home. Lakeview has always worked hard to make sure we are getting good, affordable policies every time. They have always been very responsive when we need help, especially the time we needed to make a claim on a renter's policy because of a break-in. They talked us through filling out all of the detailed forms the insurance company wanted and made sure we were able to replace all that was stolen. I would definitely recommend using Lakeview Insurance Agency!

Beware of this company. I have 2 houses and 2 cars. After 3 months I signed up they try to increase my price. After I caught them they reversed again after 6 months they bill me and increased 400 dollars with no any claim,  no ticket no any change at all. BBB will solve it.

10/10 recommend specifically the Agent Andy. I was in an accident and Andy immediately took my multiple calls, walked me through all of the options with pros/cons, even communicated with the auto body shop personally to help get things figured out, and has been a big support through this process. As an added bonus he is so friendly, personable, and reliable! Very lucky to have such a great service from an insurance company

I have been using Lakeview for all my insurance needs for over 20 years.  Their agents are responsive and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend my agent Andrew Reese.
