Very Rude staff. I called all day to get a patients ECG for surgery, told to call in pm and hung up on. Then Phones went to a call center and no calls returned for 24 to 48 HOURS!! Even for other Doctors offices. Top it off they are Closed on Fridays. So we had to cancels our patients surgery medically necessary surgery due to there Lack of patient care quality!! Horrible Place!!

Good doctors, but horrible staff. I had to use this facility due to location constraints. The appointment with the doctor went well - Dr. Greene is extremely patient and worked through the details with us. He asked for us to get an echo done and that his staff will call after the echo. A week has passed since the echo and we called nearly every day afterwards to figure out the results. While the front desk staff is courteous, they simply lacked followup skills to figure out why the report is taking so long. They did not followup with the lab and neither would they call me to explain the delay. We got hold of the procedure coordinator in Dr. Greene's office I am withholding the person's name out of decency after waiting a week - hoping she could help resolve this. She was totally irritated that we bothered her. After hearing my frustrated appeal, she said she will check with the front desk and have a nurse call me. She asked me to never call her back. I have never met such a disrespectful and angry person in the medical industry. I think the facility has great doctors, but you will have problems getting timely or appropriate followups from the office staff. If you have a choice, go elsewhere.

Have to weigh in, here, so people know the kind of experience they're likely to receive. Yes, the front office staff could use some work, but my cardiologist is top-notch. Dr. Watt is incredible. He has been the first doctor I've had in a LONG time who's spent the time to get to know my case. He asked me TONS of questions, from many different angles, genuinely trying to understand my case. When he repeated back his understanding, it was SPOT ON. I feel like it's becoming more and more rare to find a doctor who makes you feel like YOU are their priority, and not just one of 100 other patients attempting to lay claim to their time. If you want a good cardiologist, brave the front office staff and come here.

Very irresponsible staff and doctors. I've been waiting for a procure for more than three months. Every time they contacted me for some info, they would tell me call you back tomorrow. I have lost my confident and don't want these doctors touch my heart. Need to contact my Insurance to make a complain. Strongly suggest you think twice before going there.

I am very disappointed today with the office staff. Trying to make an appt. with Dr. M.Tsang. A staff called Wa' picked up the phone and said she will call me right back after she finishes with another call. I don't know why she picked up the phone in the first place. I waited 3 hours and called again, I was told she was busy with paperwork and is the only one who can make appointment with new patient. She will call me back before office closes. You guess right, no one called me back! I cannot believe this is a cardiovascular medical office! The office is neither managed well to serve its patients nor the practicing physicians. I think the office manager should know about this incident. I waste my day and the courage to try to make this appointment!

Went to see a physician here. The receptionist s at the counter and the office were both really nice. The clinic is nice and quite. Nit so msny parking though.

I love the office staff and the Doctor's! Friendly environment! People persons.
