Dr. Togba has refined techniques for facial plastic surgery, attracting plastic surgery colleagues to join him in the operating room for observation and in-depth training. He was among the first in the Bay area to perform browlifts and breast augmentation endoscopically. Patients from the Bay area and overseas come to Dr. Togba for natural-looking results, allowing them to look like a younger, but clearly recognizable, version of themselves.
Dr. Togba has also served on Boards of the local American Cancer Society and the Hill Physicians Medical Group.

Dr. Chandra V. Ellis is a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. She is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and is triple board certified in plastic surgery, general surgery, and surgical critical care. There are less than 2 percent of doctors nationwide that hold three medical board certifications and Dr. Ellis is among this prestigious group.
Dr. Ellis was raised in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area and obtained her medical degree from the well respected, George Washington University School of Medicine. She gradually made her way westward by entering general surgery training at The University of Pittsburgh and completing this training at one of the top training programs in the country, Stanford University. She then went on to complete a plastic surgery residency at the University of Southern California and stayed on at USC for an additional year where she completed a fellowship in burn surgery and surgical critical care.
Dr. Ellis spent two and a half years with the University of Alabama serving as Director of Burn Services, Assistant Professor in Acute Care Surgery, Trauma, Burns & Critical Care as well as Assistant Professor in the Division of Plastic Surgery. Additional memberships include The American Burn Association, Society of Critical Care Medicine and Society of Black Academic Surgeons.
Dr. Ellis’s expertise has offered her the opportunity to lecture at many well regarded national organizational forums, The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, “The Meeting”, The American Burn Association as well the The Boswick Burn and Wound Care Symposium.
