I had a problem with the first install. Owner called and sent a new technician out to correct the problem.  Quick response and very professional.

05/24 Edit: Customer service reached out to apologize for this incident and offered to reimburse me for $100. I accepted, and they asked if I would edit this review to give five stars or simply remove the review. I did not want to remove it so that others could be aware to negotiate with the service techs when they charge $300 for a job that is normally $30-$50, but I did want to increase the star rating from 1 to 3 to acknowledge their good customer service in reaching out to try to make things right. Hope others don't have this experience, but if you do, call the customer service line.  I wish I could leave a good review because there are some people that are really kind in the way they talk on the customer service line, but truth is that i still haven't been helped. I was overcharged by $250. One manager hung up on me when I called to question the price. No one has refunded me.

They were prompt and professional. I'd advise everybody to get fees upfront on the phone,  even if it's a late appointment... If they decline, as soon as they get there ask,  just in case you can't afford their fees ..

Great service. Made a new key for my girlfriend's Camaro without one.
