First off, I am completely satisfied with my experience at Bernie Robins in Somers Point. My future wife and I walked in to look at engagement rings and right away Jim Terry greeted us with a smile. He directed us into what we were looking for in a very professional and kind matter. Jim was polite, knowledgeable, extremely patient, and thorough. We did not feel pressured at all. This was an absolutely incredible experience. Gennifer made me feel so comfortable and was beyond patient while I tried on every single design to make sure I knew exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure to select or buy anything even though I came in two separate times to look!, just helpful suggestions while she took my reactions and feedback into account each time and led me to the perfect ring. I will definitely be back!

First, I would like to say what a fantastic experience I had at the Somers Point, Bernie Robbins… I originally went to buy a watch for my sons college graduation, and was helped by Jim Terry .. he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all aspects of high end watches and took the time to explain and help me pick out the right one , then he took the time to explain the features of each one as well as their benefits. I honestly almost bought two watches… I will definitely be going back to Bernie Robbins and of course I will definitely be dealing with Jim Terry again his knowledge and experience second to none…Thank you for all your help …
Bernie Robbins of Somers Point has offered an absolutely incredible experience time after time. My father, my brother, and I have all purchased engagement rings and wedding bands from here and I plan to be a customer for life. The sales staff are accommodating and far from pushy, and above all I feel valued and welcomed each visit no matter if I am making a large purchase or looking to replace a watch battery!
Jim provided excellent service to me and I was thrilled with the final product he provided. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and most importantly not pushy whatsoever. Would recommend anyone looking to make a purchase to go through Jim. I’ll definitely be back over there.

It’s a beautiful place and everyone is very nice, I had a repair done on my wedding ring and it looks great. They even checked the prongs on my engagement ring and cleaned it for me. July 2023 update- I had to get a new ring after all. They were very accommodating and nice. The ring is beautiful. They were also nice enough to clean up a necklace for me and check out an old watch I have. I’m extremely happy with Bernie Robbins!
I chose Bernie Robbins for their excellent reputation. I went there to have some estate jewelry appraised and sized. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be returning for all my future jewelry needs!
I lost a small diamond in my wedding band and some of the prongs holding the small diamonds in Needed repair. We originally bought them 30 + years ago at the Robbins in Philly. I took my rings to a mall store for an estimate their estimate was over a thousand dollars. I was so happy when I discovered BERNIE had opened a store near the Jersey shore. They are trustworthy, and knowledgeable. They replaced the diamond and fixed the setting for 200$.
