I wanted something very specific for my son while I was vacationing near by. I called ahead and the sales woman answered all my questions. It seemed she had exactly what I wanted. I went in and she had a nice selection. I wasn’t sure what to get and she had a lot of patience and helpful suggestions. She did not pressure me to spend a lot of money or go for the most expensive options. She listened to my feedback about what she was showing me and gave me suggestions without being pushy. The jeweler needed to attach the charm and it took exactly as long as she said no extra waiting. It was a great experience and I plan to work with her long distance to pick out special gifts. LOVE THIS PLACE
My husband & I have purchased 1000's of dollars off jewelry from obsessions over the years. Imagine my surprise when I wanted to TRADE-IN a diamond wedding band we purchased for over $800.00 and they ONLY wanted to give us $250.00. we were going to purchase a different ring worth over $1200. And I also just had my family trade in a bracelet worth $510 +my sister added cash to it and made the sale of about $800. I hope that ONE sale was worth it because my husband and I will never Purchase from obsessions again. They obviously do not value their guests & their own items hold ZERO VALUE!
Last year my husband bought me q gorgeous engagement ring and wedding band from obsessions and this year I bought him a new 18k gold .5 ct diamond wedding band. I’ve been looking for a year and it’s difficult to find 18k gold rings. The similar rings I saw everywhere else were only 10k gold and almost double the price. I also ended up buying myself two antique estate rings that are really beautiful. It’s a wonderful store with good quality items at a fair price. I won’t buy jewelry anywhere else.

Condensing and abusive customer experience. Was recommended by 2 colleagues and was highly disappointed by the unprofessional owner. I can for an education on estate jewelry sales and was instead given an education to avoid this place.
