Ours is a collaborative effort to effect change in our local, bi-regional food system via education, training and social initiatives to people of all ages.
A 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in 2015 with the goal to unify local farmers, chefs, and industry insiders so that they could start a dialogue and share knowledge in order to reconnect eaters with their food and educate them about reducing our collective carbon footprint. The organization hopes to change the way we produce and look at food so that all people can choose local, sustainably produced ingredients.
