Guy that runs the place cheated me out of pay when I put in flowers for him. I spent $150 on the arrangement of flowers, the potting soil, and mulch. Installed all of it and he only pays $100!!! And refuses to pay any more! Leaving me with NO pay for my labor and I had to pay for some of HIS materials... Guy is really just a big cheat!!! And his rooms were dirty as could be! And his coke machine was empty!
I was put in the hotel by a pastor from st . Vincent and I was supposed to get a discount for a week when I would have paid from what the pastor said 200 for a week well the guy said I could only get 4 days with 220 that I had now no money to at least buy snacks or dog food for my service dog. I'm a Betty Hardwick client with financial problems after being homeless and it's not right for them to say oh I'll give u discount n I have to pay full price . Love the housekeeper but front desk is not professional for not keeping their word Rooms: Very small bathroom for 2 people Food & drinks: No food every drink but cola is out for a week
Where do I start? The rooms arent cleaned very well. I mean not just a little but I'm talking dirty. Almost walked back out!.!!! But I'm trying to be a better person. Of course the owners.......they have to be some of the most hateful people I've come across. But at least it isn't as bad as it was. Looked like they were trying to cleaning.
Just look at the pictures. They will tell the story. FYI I stayed 2 nights at this place and spent well over 200.00 ... No coffee in the room or in the lobby. Pillows were as thin as paper plates. Furniture and decor... Look at the pictures!
Found a cup of cigarette butts under the bed on Sunday morning heading out for work and I checked in on Tuesday. Place is a real dump I wouldn’t recommend this place to a filthy hobo covered in urine. If you plan to stay here just fork out the extra cash and move somewhere else that won’t have homeless people bugging you on a day to day basis for cigarettes not to mention the careless attitude of the owner. Good luck if you stay here and keep a gun on you. Hope you don’t die.
Seemed very clean and comfortable but I noticed that the sheets haven’t been changed. A lot of hair and food crumbs under the sheets. I found one bed bug and got bitten a couple times. Would not stay againRooms: 1/5
I question why we need hotel and hotel like places in abilene. This town has nothing of value that I might want to see and if I'm going to abilene than it's entirely to see family and not anything in the actual town. I question why we need this place.Rooms: 3/5
Very rude customer service DO NOT STAY HERE THEY TRY TO SCAM YOU !!!!!right when my husband checked in they didn’t want to give him a check out date so I had to call them myself to make sure they didn’t scam him the lady up front said oh no we don’t do that his check out is next week on Tuesday so when I get to the hotel I saw that the room stunk really bad and that it was really dirty the floors and bathroom were full of dirt The beds were stained with blood . I’m not one to complain but one of the workers told us for two days he thought our check out was up I told the worker no it’s on Tuesday then he told me you should call and tell them because they rip people off on there days so right away I called them and asked the man upfront why was one of your workers telling us our check out date was up when it’s on Tuesdays he said yea it’s Tuesday but you have to keep your room clean but that wasn’t my question yea we had our personal stuff laying around the room but that’s not his business to tell us what to do with our personal belongings when we didn’t asked for our room to be cleaned up when iv been cleaning the room myself the couple of days he tried to change the subject so we went on with our argument and finally he said the check out day was Tuesday which that’s all I wanted to hear and I told him to have a good day and hung up . how are you gunna tell us to clean the room when the room wasn’t even clean in the first place there’s .also there was roaches when we first got here that’s why I kept the room cleaned I even had to buy cleaning products they didnt make us feel welcome at all we are never coming here again !
Worst hotel experience of my life!!! Avoid this place at all cost!!! Room was filthy, towels and sheets were dirty, bedspreads were littered with cigarette burns, holes in walls... I could go on and on. Seriously, sleep in your car - you will be much better off!
