Great experience. Had to replace a new TV. Just purchased a new TV somewhere else that went out after 10 days. A nice young man helped me find what I was looking for, got me a cart, and checked me out. Prices were very good, as well

I have always had a good experience here. The workers are nice and very helpful with different products in the store. They let you browse around without be overbearing on constantly asking you do you need help with this or that. If you need help ask anyone and they'll get you help. Returning items here are so simple. Depending on the day and time of year there may-be a line but they are really good at customer service and getting people checked out, items returned or picking up items ordered online. The store seems really good at having items in-stock so you can get what you need same day at this location.

Went in to upgrade my son's phone. Typically, I dread having to deal with I perceive to a hassle at time, but that wasn't the case with this experience. I was assisted by Alejandro & Victor who both made this process smooth, convenient and hassle free. Together they both answered my questions provided great, attentive customer service. Alejandro was even nice enough to walk us over to show us the screen & case protectors available for the phone. Thank you both for the experience. We greatly appreciate you both.

Shout out to Victor for helping me with the purchase of an iPad! While it wasn’t the best price and most affordable item I could purchase, it will be used for educational purposes. The only suggestions I would have for the store is to update its inventory on the shelves and keep the memory card section stocked.

When it comes to merchandise, Best Buy is always five stars. Super nice professional sales personnel. They could hire a few more though. Service was pretty slow.

All staff was helpful besides one who I believe his name was Collin. Was helped with a PC case and I just wanted to confirm that that shell was in fact white because that’s what I was looking for. So i was trying to peel back the tape just to see the top of the case to confirm it was white. He approached me and immediately took the box away from me and told me that I needed to purchase it first in order to confirm the color? And that if it wasn’t what I wanted I could just return it? Makes no sense in my opinion because if I returned it does that mean it would be discounted and the I can repurchase for a cheaper price? Anyways, not a very helpful individual but more of a wanna be tough guy lol. It’s Best Buy kid.

Best Buy you messed up making the checkout line the same as returns, customer service and on line pickups. Gone are the days of quickly running in to grab something.

Do not shop or pick up here. Buy electronics elsewhere. Call store and you get sent to national call center. It is impossible to speak to local store employees on phone. Instead they want you to come inside to speak to them in hopes you spend money and shop. Iincluding order pickup. The so called curbside pickup is non existent as no employees come out. Disability, forget it. Expect to carry out a tv on your lap down a ramp while in your wheelchair and hope you don't drop it along the way. I will never shop here again, let alone order online due to poor nonexistent customer service.

I arrived needing a micro SD card for my phone and was directed at the door to the proper area by a friendly, knowlegable young man! Once in the proper area, another man explained the different sized/capacity that they were available in, and when I made my decision, he even installed it free while I waited! As I am not up on modern phones and electronics, I really appreciated that service!

Been going here since y2k great store if you ask them they reserve upcoming releases of electronic items before they are released
