Went to Best Buy in Toledo to purchase a cell phone for my wife. We worked with Andrew and he was very customer focused. He helped us with getting the new phone set up and the data transferred from the old phone. He made the entire experience very enjoyable. We recommended Andrew highly of you are looking to purchase a cell phone at this store.
Nice staff but the check out must be fast. There were 5 or 6 registers were closed due to no one available! They switched to the customer service desk which was inconvenience to wait to be checked out for 12 to 15 minutes
I find myself in Toledo and seeking a local mobile plan for my son, who happens to be an international student. During a visit to the nearby Best Buy store, we had the pleasure of meeting Dan. Wow has this store went down hill. Went in to get something simple couldn't get any help. Went to check out person at register points to service desk. 10 people deep. Doing returns and checking people out is one person. Second in line person working counter walks away. 15 minutes nothing nobody returns. Dropped the items and walked out. Wow
I've been here 3 days in a row trying to buy a over the range microwave an it takes like 30 minutes for someone to come help me. Spoke with one person 4 times and she said she will get help instead of helping me. Another time I was supposed to receive a call for someone to come out and measure and that was 3 days ago. Here today I've been waiting for 25 minutes and still nobody.
Tried to return phone case unopened for store credit. Denied return even though we are members. Due to location and lack of customer service, we will use other sources that have better appreciation for customers.
Horrible service. Tried to find somebody for help. Walked around and after 10 minutes found somebody. Finally found what I needed on my own. Went to check out, and spent another 15 minutes finding somebody to check me out. Decided after that to just throw $200 of stuff on the floor and left. If it were busy inside, then maybe I could understand. Just 3 other customers inside. I will order from Amazon now. Horrible experience.
Unable to get needed service. Made an appointment only to be informed upon arrival the items would have to be shipped out. When appointment was made it indicated what the appointment was for. With this they should have been able to save time and informed us that this would be the case and just have it dropped off rather than wait for days to be told this and then also find out that the Apple store charged half the price.
Came in and waited at ssds, seemed busy, no problem, went to ask for help guy told me to wait, he never showed up. Went to desk he vanished. Another guy shows up and asks me if I need something, I says I just want to buy a SSD in the case, I'm told go up to costumer service desk. Always had a employee bring drives up to register and I would wait my turn in line. Whole thing felt off, so I pulled out my phone and bought a 1tb ssd on ebay for a few bucks less. Uselly I pay 53 or 56$ for a 1tb sata ssd but I paid 43$ just have to wait 2-4 days. I also noticed the best buy boycott, I have no care for it.
Went in looking for a phone for my daughter. The woman who was on duty in that that dept was not helpful or friendly. She did not seem like she even wanted to help us. This is a HUGE change from my last visit where the associate went above and beyond to help me and answer questions and concerns. Seemed happy to be helping me. Getting ready to upgrade my phone but may choose another store to purchase my phone after my last experience there.
