Best Buy

It is a great store with many electronics options. Nice and clesn store with many consultants. I wish there would be more varieties of apppliances. They seem to be limited.

Called earlier in the day to see if they had something we needed... didn't want to drive there and them not have it. We were told they had what we needed. So when we got there we were told by a friendly employee that we were given incorrect information which happens alot. Really sad that the customer service we called couldn't take the time earlier to give us correct information.

A great place to shop any electronics. Me and my husband always loves to go to Best Buy as they have all new appliances and electronics. We have had great experience with the reception over there all the times we went. The employees there asks lot of questions to understand the customer needs and provide the right guidance and products.

I used to shop here regularly with friends for years and years. This last visit, the door greeter was replaced with an armed security guard. No one even said hello to me at any point, making the store feel more like walking into a prison. Their inventory has become very limited, and I couldn't find the item I was looking for. I walked around to look at other things, and there just wasn't much. Regardless, I was happy to leave anyway as when I returned to my car there was a half destroyed vehicle parked next to me and a domestic dispute kept me from getting in my car. Everything in the immediate area is so dilapidated, I don't feel safe shopping here anymore.

Drew was very courteous, professional, and timely helping me buy a computer tonight. He greeted my wife and I as soon as we got back to the computers. He found exactly what I wanted and helped me get something from a locked case. Even when he didn't know where something I wanted was he immediately asked another coworker for help. My experience was very convenient and timely. I don't live near the Everett location but you had what I needed. The customer service made my long trip worth it.

The service was good and helpful. They were able to ship the Galaxy S23 Plus to our home when they were out of them at the store. We received it, with a new Sim card etc within 2 days. They also set up one of the phones for us right there in the store.

THREE STRIKES! Done with Best Buy, no longer a customer and will be canceling my card/account. After the 3rd time in 2 years they've not been able to fulfill a pre order. PS5 spider man 2 bundle was out September 1st. Up until yesterday they even lied to me at store and on chat that they assured me stock was coming. They couldnt give me a date or anything. Lied to me and claimed they'd email me the promise and assurance and never did. We also had a fridge on backorder that had no updates for 2 weeks and inept employees who lie to you. Cancelled that, bought from Judd and Black. Walked into Target to get something yesterday..what do I see. 4 of these on their shelf. Abruptly cancelled my over promise from best buy and bought from target. Here I am leaving this review now and assuring this horrid company I won't ever be back. Lost a once very loyal customer. Who over a decade+ has spent $10,000+ . Getting no more of my money Get better.

I got a $200 gaming mouse for a present last year. They even got the extended warrenty on it. It stopped working so I called to ask about how to get it replaced. I was told just to bring it in. When I got there I was told I needed the original receipt and packing. That there was nothing they could do. Immediately reminded why I hate bestbuy so much. Never had a good experience there only good thing I can say is that they are at least consistant about it.

The customer service here is pathetic. Was looking at a nice Dyson fan, nobody came to help. Asked at the front of I could get some assistance to pull a unit down from the shelf, still nobody came to help. This place isn't interested in earning your patronage.

Don’t do online in store pick up here. I first attempted to pick up an item and was told it was not ready and they couldn’t just go grab it right now even though the store was pretty slow at the time and multiple floor staff were available…. I then wait for the confirmation email and head back to be shut down again cause it was purchased under my gf name. I have the email and confirmation code. And offered to have my gf call the store or fill out an online form and they turned me away instead of trying to work with me.. horrible service will not do in store pick up ever again with them 0/10 service 10/10 waste of time
