These guys are great! The glass over one of the cameras on my galaxy note 20 ultra got fully punctured. I called them up and told them what was wrong. The gentleman checked and had the replacement part in stock. I came in the next day, dropped my phone off, and it was ready in roughly an hour. On top of that, it didn't cost much at all. Especially for the quality and speed of the work. The phone looks good as new and works perfectly. 10/10 would definitely go back.
Went to this shop to have them replace my phone screen/LCD. When I took it in they recommended replacing the cracked glass on the back as well, for a package deal. I agreed. Waited for the part to come in and they replaced it, but had ordered the wrong size of back piece and the glass had cracked when they put it on, so I had to go back for them to put the correct size on. They did, but when I got home and took the case off I discovered that it hadn't been glued on very well and the back piece was coming off. So I took it right back and they kept it to re-glue. When I came to pick it up, the back was already coming off by the time they tried to hand it to me. The owner was there and I talked to him and he went and re-heated it right there and sent me home applying pressure to the phone in the hopes that it would stay on when cooled. Of course it didn't, but I lost the energy to go back AGAIN. Gas ain't cheap and it's a half hour drive for me...so now I'm stuck with a worse situation than I started with. I'm a raft & mountain guide, so I'm constantly having to keep my phone away from the moisture around me, which is why I let them talk me into replacing the back piece in the first place. I really do not appreciate their lack of effort toward taking accountability for the issue they caused.
Honest and affordable. They were straight up with me about my Note 10+ being expensive to fix and unlikely to function afterward. Would have spent 300 to fix it which was half what I was looking at buying one used. So either way, I'm happy for saving the money and time
I needed my screen protector replaced for my iPhone. I found this place because they were listed as a retailer that could honor the warranty and replace in person instead of receiving in the mail. First I’d been there. They were prompt and efficient. I was out in just a few minutes. Thank you!
CPR did a great job fixing my phone display screen. I thought my phone was broken and needed to be replaced. I was so relieved when they said they could fix it. The store is bright, clean, and professional.
Great service overall. Once i walked in they immediately jumped up and helped me out on my broken phone. Fast repair. Fair prices too.
Battery replacement, Galaxy S7. Cost- about $90, higher than others but faster service. Only issue was that post-repair, I received messages from phone software indicating I needed to reset certain settings that had been changed by the repair person.
My wife took her laptop in there to get fixed. They sold her on getting this other laptop aswell. The new one they sold her doesn't even hold a charge. Nice one mooleys.
Dropped my iPhone 7 Plus today, screen cracked , what do you do? Looked up cracked iPhone repair store near Everett and after calling 4 places these guys were $50 cheaper than the other places. Owner was very helpful and had my phone repaired in no time. Nice thing is that this store is in Everett near our office , so if I have to get anymore screen replaced or need accessories I’ll be coming here . Other places use remanufactured screens used , I got a new one here .
Brought my water damaged phone in wirh water in camera and in working co diction. Paid for the water treatment and when pickup up the moisture in cameras was still there and now the screen had bunch of lines across it. So they made it worst then it was for $80.
