When I come in, I get great customer service, but when I called today to ask a question about my card, being updated properly, I can’t say the same. The assistant manager, who refused to give me her name, completely hung up on me when she thought I said “I’ll deal with it later” and ended the call on me. Even if I were to have said that, that’s no way to treat a customer. Not to mention that I wasn’t even blaming/confronting towards her as I know she doesn’t make the rules. Furthermore, besides giving me an attitude and continuously interrupting me, she also failed to mention that I could call customer service without having to come in store to verify some information that I needed. Rude and unprofessional.
I rarely write reviews, however, I have to praise Jayden, the store manager, for his expert knowledge working through some technical difficulties I was experiencing with my family's phones when we recently upgraded. He was patient and calm through the entire order. He never got frustrated, problem solved and managed to multitask other store employees while working through my phone issues. I cannot recommend him and his store enough, thank you!
I started out trying to switch from ATT to t-mobile with the online people and, very long story short, it didn’t go well. I came into this store and talked to Katherine and she admitted she didn’t know what happened but she’d get it figured out and, boy, did she. It took a pretty long time but she was relentless in helping me out and kept a smile on her face all 3 hours. It’s honestly refreshing to have such a friendly and genuinely caring person help you out. I left a happy new customer thanks to her diligence. Lesson learned: if you need help go to the store. And not just any store — go to this one. Ask for Katherine. :
I came here to trade in my IPhone XR for an IPhone 13. The minute I stepped into the store I was immediately greeted and told I would be helped shortly by the two wonderful workers in the store Zaiah & Kat while they were attending to other customers which demonstrated admirable customer service ! I believed I was not going to receive much for my previous phone because it was ancient. However, with the help of the assistant manager, Zaiah, I was able to get a great deal and left the store with a brand new IPhone. There was no pressure in purchasing the newest IPhone 14 which I admired, both workers were respectful, attentive and friendly; I left feeling extremely satisfied. T-Mobile will have my business for years on end!
Normally I don't write reviews but the service I received here was unacceptable on so many levels. I was told that if I signed up for 2 lines the phone I was interested in purchasing would be free. 1 month after signing up for the "promotion" my bill was 240$$. I noticed there were THREE lines on my phone, 2 service protection plans and a bill for the phone itself! I called customer service and spent over 2 hours on the phone with them trying to figure out what happened because the promotion they told me about did not apply to my plan. In the end they had to cancel the extra lines and charge me for the phone. They still cant figure out why the staff did what they did. Needless to say I was scammed and most likely over charged initially for fees when signing up for my fake promotion. Super disappointed in the young men working at the store and their lack of ethics.
New manager Torin is amazing. The man solved the issue I was having with my transaction. Highly recommend going here for your phone needs!
Toren is hands down the most awesome T-Mobile employee! Super knowledgeable, handsome, and polite!
Hands down the worst service ive received from anywhere. First off all there was an attitude battle between 2 guys who were employees, i was stopped outside and felt obligated to talk to them so i never got to check out the phones. Then i was sold an iphone 13, not knowing anything of it the storage space, month to month payments, how much the total cost of the phone would be, then on top of that i was told id receive 200$ for my 2022 iphone se, but then later figured out that was just a lie. If you need to visit a T-Mobile store, just go to Woodinville. Woodinville has far better service and actually informs you on your purchase and the phone, on top of that its also a corporate store and not a 3rd party as this location is. So save yourself and go to woodinville.
BEAWARE!! This place fraud!!!! Very unprofessional and rude place I upgraded last November and staff Madhuri was helping. In the middle, manager came to us and introduce there is a promotion that AirPods is free. I shouldn't take it. When staff Madhuri helping, she made three mistakes 1. Madhuri asked us about protection and I refused. However, on the next bill protection was added. 2. Madhuri told us take this picture and send to rebate team and rebate team will take care and AirPods is free. But, rebate team refused because it was wrong information. 3. Madhuri didn't told me I should send TWO because one for me and one for my wife. Rebate team processed only one AirPods for free. because all of this I wend back to store to return one of AirPods but Manager refused because it's already pasted 14 days. I told Manager that you need to training her again. But Manager replied she is "well trained". HAHAHAHAHAHA Yeah she is "well trained" for scamming people. I see different reviews about how she is been scamming. But Manager said this is not very common happen. I've been T-Mobile customer for a while, but never seen this place like this.
We got two samsung galaxy s23 pluses there, and explicitly told the manger we do NOT want the protection plan. She put it on for the two phones anyway and we were billed for it. Highly do not recommend.
