The store is generally clean, but most of the displays are broken or incomplete. There is stock just laying around shelves. Most of the digital tags were wrong or in the wrong places. Displays were dusty and generally looks unkept. We were looking at camera which non of the displays had power. None of the tags were in the right spots and half of the display spots were empty. The whole time we were there we only saw one employee working security at the doors and one guy moving a lift around. There was no one to help us, no way to call for assistance even with every other shelf a locked case. Overall not a great experience in store. We could not find the drone we were looking for, so I ordered online for pickup and it was suppose to be an hour. It's 2 hours later and it's still not ready. The person at the pickup window was very nice and told us another hour and it should be ready and they are just very backed up. The store is very understaffed. I know it's a common place these days, but they could put more training and pay into the existing work force and get better service for customers if they had incentives.
Great experience and a employee named Ethan helped us find a single oven the 1 left in the entire store. what a great experience, I can say I've had some bad ones but Ethan renewed my faith in best buy!
So bad service on the return section rude management I have my gpu New but not working got to hot when I turn the pc on and turned off by self after around 3min and I told them I don't want my money I'm going to purchase other one more expensive and on the top gonna buy different stuff for 2k But they refused I'm not going to buy anything from them I think micro center much better customer service . I think there's exception for customer who spend a lot of money every month at bestbuy.
Curbside pickup FAIL! Traveled a half hour to pickup a new laptop with curbside. After two hours of attempting to pick, they could not find the one laptop they thought they had left. They didn't say they only had 1 when we bought it. Sure, we canceled the order but it was a wasted trip. Found the same laptop with better options for less $$$ on Amazon. Free shipping. Maybe next time Best Buy. Maybe not.
Ordered online for in-store pickup. Upon ordering it read “available for pickup within an hour” after two hours passed I checked the see if it was available because it’s holiday season and I understand things can get hectic. Still not available… it’s reads “preparing for pickup today” it is now 12 minutes to close and I feel extremely mislead by the online ordering process. I also understand that the store is partially at fault because they simply lack the ability to fulfill orders within expected time frames.
Been working on a claim since 1/22/22 They dropped old fridge down flight of stairs and damaged front door. Bigger issue is the adjusters they use Abe tough, Sedgwick. Get all the pics quotes info etc,and absolutely do nothing at the end. Worst customer service in all levels ever. Best Buy, lost a good customer that needed all new appliances in there new home.
I don't wish to sound unfair or mean, but whoever's decision it was to only have two registers open on black Friday needs to be retrained or at least rethink how they run the store. The line was embarrassing long, on a day where the busyness should have been predicted. I saw at least two registers that could have been opened, not even counting other places where they might have been able to open a register that I didn't see.
Every time I place an order online, it says it will be available for pickup in an hour, but it never is. I could walk in a week later and it is still not ready. BestBuy where do you find these awesome Employees?
Just horrible. The website/ email confirmation stated the order will be ready for pick up within 1 hour. I drove there in 3 hours and was told by a very annoyed and rude employee that my order was not ready and they didn't have any estimated time for when I could expect it to be ready. I said well I am here now and I need this item ASAP that is why I ordered it from you folks as you promised it'd be ready within ONE HOUR, you guys have it in stock, so can I just go grab it off the shelf myself? He said No I couldn't and I needed to wait for my turn for my order to be fulfilled. I've waited in the store for 20 mins or so and drove home with nothing. Funny enough about 4 associates asked me if I needed help while I was there. It's like Yeah can you go to the warehouse and take my order off the gd shelf? The next day the website wouldn't give me any estimated time AT ALL. Like you can expect it anytime - from an hour to 5 years, who knows. I've chatted with the customer support online, the maximum they did was sending me the link to check my order status really?, they also had no estimated time when my order would be ready. I waited until the end of the day with no update and then cancelled my order. Ordered the same item from Target with store pick up - was ready in 37 minsBest Buy, you might want to steal some customer service ideas from those Target guys. Just saying. Never again will I waste my time on Best Buy.
These place used to be nice. Orders are late now. They sale things and you don’t get it for many days after their eta. Managers Brandon and Eric are rude and if I can give them 0 that would be too much. Overall customer service in this store is very pure. AVOID
