Experience is OK there they had what I was looking for relatively quick and easy to find. The only thing I had to ask for help with was a scale that my wife wanted that they kept in the back other than that I do enjoy shopping at the store when I need stuff for the house.
Don’t buy any appliances from here, I recommend Home Depot since their customer service is 1000 better and they do price match. Best Buy has yet to reimburse me on my fridge water damages which is over 6k and if you file a claim for their bad faith and incompetence people it will get denied. Turn away and don’t buy anything from this extortion company that has 0 customer services. They sent and violated my private information to multiple wrong houses like my credit card and appliances delivered to the wrong home address. Avoid the headaches I have been having since May
I purchased a refrigerator through Best Buy. I purchased an extended warranty on this refrigerator. This incompetent company handles the warranty.The refrigerator has stopped cooling. All of my food has gone bad. I made an appointment over a month ago. Someone came out, but did not do anything other than take pictures. I called Best Buy again. Another appointment was made. Evertime I call Big Kountry Appliance I get the same rude, unprofessional, and bitter lady. She told me that since they have to come out again, that I would be charged a "$140 service fee." I called Best Buy again, and they informed me that there would be no fee and that they spoke with Big County Appliance. They were supposed to come out on 8/11/2023 between 8-12 and never did.This is no way to do business. Apparently I paid for a completely useless extended warranty.
I took my daughter today to buy a MacBook and had a great experience. Thanks to Jenelle my daughter and I were able to find the perfect MacBook for her needs. Jenelle was very knowledgeable in the different models, memory and speeds. My daughter and I were very impressed with Jenelle‘s attentiveness to our needs and overall care. If you read this prior to your shopping here, I recommend you ask for Janelle and give her an opportunity to help you find exactly what you need.
this place deserves no stars, they always deny anything you buy from there when it breaks in LESS than 6 months and they don’t even bother to be generous to help you, it’s always a negative response with them. never buy anything from there it’s always super overpriced as well.
Huge store, nicely laid out to show the latest tech in most beautiful styles. Clean and professional ambiance. Sales reps are knowledgeable and guide you well without being pushy.
Great layout of the store! And although this has only been a one time thing, when they're not charging at the main checkout they should have a sign or some way to notify customers that you have to go to the customer service line to be checked out. Other than that staff is super helpful and really wonderful to chat with.
Scam artists! If I could, I would give 0 stars. We paid for their Total Tech service and I use the word “service “ loosely, and we received so many different responses when we tried to have our dishwasher serviced. Their customer service is horrendous, and they just want to charge more money . What a scam. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint.
Curbside pick up is not available for most items. There were no registers open except for customer service. The line was backed up because all transactions returning, online pick up, purchasing all had to be done at the service counter. Henry at the check in register was very rude and disrespectful to a lot of guests asking for help. Had the product been available somewhere else locally, I would have canceled my order and gone elsewhere. Complete disregard for customer service.
