Wanted to upgrade our phones with Verizon. Went to the Retail Verizon store right across the street first just to be told they wouldn't activate new phones because it was too late and employees appeared to just be lazy... Frustrated with them I left and said let's try Best Buy. Glad I did Tiara was such a pleasure to deal. Excellent customer service. Answered all of our questions with a smile. Recommended some things but wasn't pushy. Took less than 45 minutes to upgrade two phone's and she put screen protectors on both of them. Glad the Verizon retail store didn't want our business in the long run it all worked out because my experience with Tiara was well worth it. If you're in the market for new phone's go talk to her you will not be disappointed.
I really love the Geek Squad option that you can add to your purchase. They honored my warranty right up to the last minute. It took a bit of persistence, but I got a brand new dishwasher.
I had a great experience with my first visit to this store. I placed an order online and received a text within 15 minutes that my order was ready for pickup. Pickup was quick and easy. I arrived shortly after the store opened, so they weren't busy and I didn't have to wait in line. I was greeted as I walked up to the order pickup desk, the cashier verified my identify, and was on my way with my purchases within minutes.

My NEW LG washer had small leak from under, I call Best Buy as I purchased a 5yr warranty...Guy comes out, CLEARLY unsure & not knowing what he is doing, and runs a test cycle without emptying small blanket. The whole machine shakes like crazy knocking & banging. The entire drum is broken & the gasket/boot ripped out. And Im just supposed be "ok" with it, cuz they will "fix" it ARE you kidding the entire machine is destroyed! It was working until he destroyed drum. How do they get away with sending techs out and destroying your 1300.00 machine, and no on cares. It was like oops oh well. wth? #aandefactoryappliance #bestbuy #geeksquad Tim Emery with A & E Factory Parts was on phone, He refused to give me contact info and had tech send him pictures to order parts. HOW do you diagnose, fix and order parts for a machine when you dont even know what tech did to destroy it Lord only knows what that guy did to my machine!!!
Best Buy employees are masters of the upsell, whether you're shopping for a laptop, TV or phone, the salesperson always tries to sell you the most expensive model. Huge store with a huge variety of electronic products. There is always plenty of parking available in the Wards Crossing Shopping Center.
Best Buy has fallen off. Lack of employees in the store to respond to questions. I saw a woman walk out who was interested in a new TV, after asking three times for help over 30 mins. Yeah, that's how long I was there to get a switch. Should have just shopped online.
Big electronics store. There are a lot of high end electronics in store. And the quantity is very varied. They sell specialty items like collector box movie sets and a lot of computers and tablets. The televisions are varied enough to find your match. And some really new models. The store is more wide open and more explorable. Just download the app for the store, and scanning items is a breeze.
I purchased a laptop. The employee was a GREAT salesperson and has a bright future. He didn't explain the warranty to our satisfaction. We almost bought it, but $199 starts with a "T" renewed annually, but good for two years, or $209 service warranty for 24 months. I will definitely look him up if I return for anything. I think his name was Pyooor. I look forward to my delivery.
I paid to have Best Buy install a sub and amp of mine in her car this speaker sounds clean and has never presented a single issue. High end DD Audio sub and pioneer amp. I paid for everything over the phone before hand. She goes to make an appointment and they said they would need to inspect the equipment to ensure that all components would be compatible fair enough. So she scheduled her appointment for this past Friday. Drops it off. Said the installation guy was very rude, very dismissive, and asked how does she plan to pay for any of this I already paid. Anywho she drops it off, i get a call a few hours later saying everything was hooked up an everything went fine. When she gets there in person he says “i think your subwoofer is about to blow” never mentioned this to me. Then she said it was rattling like crazy never did this for me in my car. Turns out he had the gain on MAX and likely blew the speaker as a result. I’ve been on the phone 7 times now with Best Buy customer support and cant get any resolve whatsoever. I wait on hold and get hung up on, i get disconnected, nobody calls me back. I’ll never spend another dollar that any Best Buy in my life. Piss poor.
