Best Buy

I purchased a laptop. The employee was a GREAT salesperson and has a bright future. He didn't explain the warranty to our satisfaction. We almost bought it, but $199 starts with a "T" renewed annually, but good for two years, or $209 service warranty for 24 months. I will definitely look him up if I return for anything. I think his name was Pyooor. I look forward to my delivery.

My NEW LG washer had small leak from under, I call Best Buy as I purchased a 5yr warranty...Guy comes out, CLEARLY unsure & not knowing what he is doing, and runs a test cycle without emptying small blanket. The whole machine shakes like crazy knocking & banging. The entire drum is broken & the gasket/boot ripped out. And Im just supposed be "ok" with it, cuz they will "fix" it ARE you kidding the entire machine is destroyed! It was working until he destroyed drum. How do they get away with sending techs out and destroying your 1300.00 machine, and no on cares. It was like oops oh well. wth? #aandefactoryappliance #bestbuy #geeksquad Tim Emery with A & E Factory Parts was on phone, He refused to give me contact info and had tech send him pictures to order parts. HOW do you diagnose, fix and order parts for a machine when you dont even know what tech did to destroy it Lord only knows what that guy did to my machine!!!

Came in late in the evening to buy an iPhone and the guys at the help desk did everything possible to get the phone set up transferred over and purchased out right as quickly as they could I appreciated the customer service not only from the manager at the counter but after she left she turned over the transaction to one of the associates who gave us great care we were telling jokes and talking while we were waiting on the paperwork to come through. Normally Best buy service and customer support is on the line but at least this one time it was really great and a lovely transaction.

So this Best Buy is pretty good... I like the new look of the store... The prices are still high of course that hasn't changed!!! Shanease Booker is no longer the Assistant Manager she has quit... ISA is still the store General Manager and he is a pretty fair gentleman... All and all it's a decently put together store... I hate the fact that the open box prices are as high as the regular prices and they really don't keep many items in stock anymore almost everyday has to be order next day air now for there inventory!

Went in with my step mom to help her shop for a Nintendo switch. I'm pretty knowledgeable when it comes to consoles and games. The people working there were very knowledgeable about games, consoles and current console bundles. The gentleman working the front register was awesome and you could tell he loved his job.

Nothing against Best Buy-- the customer service rep was great. But we were in the market for a Jitterbug phone for my mom, and it was a frustrating experience. There were only dummy phones on display, nothing to play with and check out features. Having to buy it in order to check it out is not ideal.

Horrible customer service. Paid extra for a screen protector with lifetime warranty. Protector cracked and lost adhesive due to cracking and fell off. Will not replace. The warranty is not worth it at Best Buy in Lynchburg VA. The manager was impolite as well. Buy anywhere but here. December 28th 2022. Not the first bad experience.

Friendly employees but very low stock in some items. No GoPros or drones in stock the last couple weeks and only one lens for DSLRs. Some sections are just completely empty. What they do have though, they have plenty of. Phones, laptops, most headphones, TVs - more than enough to choose from

I've always loved visiting Best Buy, but no one was there to greet me at the door as usual. No biggie, but then, their inventory was low on the camera section, and there weren't a lot of staff members there to help when you need.

Im literally sitting in the parking.. i called and told them my hp laptop was running slow. Guy sets up an appointment, I asked “hey can what would be the estimated price on this?” He says “about 25-30 bucks” got there and right before the completion of my check-in. I asked again Dude at the desks tells me $150. I was so heated i had to walk out, i drove 50 mins for nothing
