Best Buy Mobile 2992

I called Best Buy to see if my local store Geek Squad had a replacement battery in stock for my iPhone and to see if they can replace same day. The call goes to an offshore call-center; no way to talk to local store. Agent lied saying he was local. It’s a 10 mile drive to ask questions, so the hell with them. I’ll go elsewhere.

This is the first review I have ever written in great customer service! I have been to Kennewick, Wa Best Buy many times.Christian Alvarado, has always been more than helpful.He makes sure he understands exactly what I am looking for and that I don't leave the store with something I could return later.This is HUGE, not only for the company, but for me as well!It is so nice to know that I've been listening to and not questioning if the employee was actually listening or not.I can not say enough about Christian Alvarado, I am with CBC Cyber Hawks and have recommended asking for this employee, as he will take care of you to the best of his ability!His name will be passed on by other people! I stopped in on a Thursday about 11am. I was looking at buying an upper-end big screen TV. I looked at TV's for 20 minutes and not one person asked if I needed help. I ended up going to the large membership store and buying the same tv for the same price because I was assisted within 3 minutes and they seemed to care about my business. I like Best Buy but they need to up their game.

It's quicker to go in to get your curbside pickup. If you choose to wait in the car it could easily take 30 plus mins. This is ever time that I have come for pickup

They have a very good selection of products. Prices are very competitive. Employees are knowledgeable. Varying degrees of assistance and interest in the customer's needs based on what associate you get.

I had the most excellent experience with customer service. I met this guy Mario he was so polite and very helpful, if u ever go to this store ask for Mario he will give u the most wonderful service ever..

This is a big location but an average experience. Not a lot happening but good products to look through. I can personally spend 2 hours here looking at stuff. I always recommend checking things out in person if you have the time and resources.

Absolutely terrible store, so many employees just walking around on their phones flat out ignoring you or lying rite to your face about going to get a key…. Went in to buy a speaker and literally wasted an entire hr trying to get help just to turn around to a line now stretching across the store… wish I could say it was just this location but this happened at every single Best Buy around the country, you just get ignored by every single employee

Kennewick Best Buy is nice. Appreciate their helpful staff even though they are short staff and takes a bit to get some help but that's understandable. I usually find everything I need and if I don't know where something is I usually get pointed the right direction.

Well the dude that sits at the desk up front..wasn't very nice..he could tell I was interested in the Beats ear buds that were locked in a case but never once offered to help me out or offer to lock the case for me..and then im over by the cell phones and the guy at that desk saw me looking for any type of phone but they were all gone from displays..and he kept looking at me but offered no help..so that's 2 sales gone from the store on Canal Drive in kennewick washington..so I decide to ask the 2 cashiers up front about Beats headphones and let me say this..Hallelujah Best Buy got smart finally and hired 2 competent professional friendly communicating people to not only help me out but go above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted to the best of their power..a girl with blonde hair pulled up and a guy with light brown beard and hair..I told the girl I appreciate her and dude with beard but the other 2 could take some lessons in customer service for sure..I ended up buying Beats headphones and Beats Bluetooth ear buds and a echo dot 5th generation..and 3 gift cards..
