While the employees at this location don't seem to be trained to act as sales reps, it is nice that they leave you alone unless asked to assist you. I recently discovered the mobile payment option in their app and it is AMAZING! Simply open the Best Buy app on your mobile device and use your camera to scan the UPC codes on the items you want to purchase , add the coverage plans if you want them and use the stored payment information to pay, then simply stop by the door man to have any security devices deactivated/removed and be on your way. I have used this feature three times in the past week and all three times were smooth and SUPER fast! Thanks Best Buy for this great time-saving option! The store looks great and seems to be well-stocked as I have not yet run into something I am searching for being unavailable.
Really helpful staff. Had to get a last-minute present for my daughter. They had what I wanted and explained, in simple terms, the difference between the different products. We also bought a cover for my son's cellphone, but got the wrong one. It took us all of two minutes to return it for the correct one.
In-store inventory is not accurately represented online, but there were enough decent options inside to find what I needed. Fortunately, I was able to locate someone who could tell me on which aisle to find what I was looking for because the employees do not seem to be spread around the store like they once were. This change in employee coverage might also have contributed to the ridiculously long check-out lane.
It didn't take me long to figure out why I stopped shopping at best buy. It was not busy, I was in the audio department, couldn't find what I needed so I asked for help, not once, not twice but 4 separate times. Stood another 15 mins, employees continued to walk past me like I wasn't there. I finally left. A bunch of kids work here and need some help with customer service skills
Went in to buy apple airpod generation 2. Couldn’t find anyone to wait on me. Looked around for someone for about 10 minutes. Left and went to my truck and ordered from Amazon for $10 less. I was willing to pay $10 more because I wanted them today. But will wait three days and get them from Amazon. Want to know why big box stores are losing to Amazon? This is why. Not my first bad experience with Best Buy.
Really good store. No wait, fast delivery of online order. Knowledgeable help in the Dark Side section- picked up an iPad. Also got a decent deal on Gen 1 pencil.
My experience with this best buy has always been good. They have the products I need and provide great service! They were able to help me out with my broken laptop, I would recommend their services to anyone in need!
Usually great store, today we went in to buy headsets that were priced at $70 and $180. Stickers had the same names on the boxes. Went to checkout and the prices were $180 and $380. The lady at the front said the pricing sometimes “glitches” but they were stickers so they couldn’t have glitched. Extremely frustrated as we thought we were getting a good deal and then ended up paying double or triple what we were expecting. Felt like we got baited into buying them sort of. The lady didn’t seem to care and just wanted to get through the transaction.
Store is great, but buying experience was definitely not the best. Had some store credit, wanted to use it to buy some Xmas gift which included a gift card. Couldn't use store credit for the purchase. Kind of defeat the point of store credit if you can't buy everything at the physical store with it.
Website filters don't operate properly, though the store itself is a pretty standard Best Buy expierence. It's exactly what you'd expect when you visit a Best Buy, not a bad expierence and not phenomenal either. I consistently have issues with the website, which is why I'm giving them 3 stars.
