Eh. I came here to pick up a printer I purchased online for in-store pick-up. I had a Hewlett Packard HP printer that worked fine for years and then, just suddenly died, like out of nowhere. I went online to troubleshoot the issue and coincidentally, a bunch of other owners of the exact same model were having the exact same issue the year prior. One owner that worked in tech claimed that the units were likely hard wired to die given everyone's was dying at the exact same time. Its how the big company's keep the landfills full and us coming back to them over and over again. At any rate, so I was in the market for a new printer and I picked mine up here. What I really like about this Best Buy - in case you didn't know - they take a lot of recyclable stuff, printers included. They have this huge sustainable initiative that is impressive. So, I pull up into one of the parking spaces allocated for customers picking up orders. I try to log in online to let the store know I was there. The website kept giving me issues, so that was annoying. I finally figured out a way to back door their app interface. A young kid - totally Gen Z - comes out, places the new printer in the backseat. I asked if he could take the old printer that he had to move out of the way to put the new printer back there. Nope. Just like that. You can do it yourself, he said. Okay. So, I pull my car up to the front door, put on the hazard lights, run in. The counter where you drop the recyclable equipment off is right near the door, so that was convenient. I can't really complain, because Best Buy is doing me a favor by taking it to begin with. As I was pulling away, I noticed two things. One, there was a police presence there. Hmm... not sure if the cop car was to deter theft or what. Two, there was a section at the end of the building that cars were pulling into, so I am assuming they install car radios or technical equipment in one's vehicle's. Not sure. Would I come back here? Maybe, but only if I could avoid the Gen Z employee that lacks any customer service, I would just order what I need online and have them send it to my house. If not, I'd just go to Amazon. I believe they price match, so its not worth the hassle or the 'tude.
Best Buy Woodbridge. This is your chance to make it right. I pre-ordered the Spider-Man PS5. I went to pick it up and the Box was significantly damaged. I asked the associates to swap it out with another one and they refused. This is a collectors item to me. With my prior experience in retail I know how these items are delivered. The day time manager at your store told me UPS damaged it. If UPS had damaged it, your store wouldn't have accepted the product. This at the end of the day was a simple fix. Replace the item, I had pre-ordered and purchased, and swap it with an undamaged product. I'm asking you to contact me and make this right.
5* is for Khyle’s sales person. He is knowledgeable & very polite. Great customer service. Thank you!
Well. I went to purchase a computer, looked at them, and walked around for a bit. I notice the group of employees just talking and not paying attention. When I asked one of them for help, and asked for him to give me the computer I was interested in, he replied that he could not find such a computer that another customer had asked for the same model. So, I went online and placed a pick-up order. As I walked around, another couple asked to see a cheaper model, then the same sales rep guided them to get the model I was looking at and went to the back of the store to got them the computer. The one he said he couldn't find. I picked up mine at the cashier desk when it was ready. I asked to speak with a manager, and to my surprise, it was one of the same guys talking in the group.
I had the pleasure of having KC install a TV in my car, and I must say, he exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only was he incredibly smart and talented, but his customer service was truly outstanding. KC's expertise and attention to detail ensured a flawless installation, and he patiently addressed all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend KC for any technical needs; he's a true professional who goes above and beyond to deliver a remarkable experience.
This is a wonderful Best Buy location. They are very tentative and quick to provide service. The floor is consistently clean and the shelves are organized. I come here to feed my addiction to technology!
This store has some truly terrible customer service. I wandered for 15+ minutes looking for an employee to assist me with finding a computer monitor. Eventually, some guy lazily wanders over and puts in the “bare minimum” effort. He doesn’t show me prices, attempt to price open box items, or even tell me about items that aren’t on display. This dude points at 1 monitor and goes, “Well, this one was $100 last week. Not anymore.” Real helpful. In addition, it’s clear there are no standards for off-the-clock employees. There were handfuls of people in civilian attire just wandering in and out of the staff rooms. Some of them just gathered around like they were hanging out at the mall. It just looked so unprofessional. Despite the store actually looking very clean, it’s a real reminder of how little effort is being put into keeping the retail industry alive. Why would I stand around in a store filled with lazy, unhelpful employees when I can just order online? Simply pointless. Whoever manages this location, get your high school staff under control.
Worst experience ever. 3x now been to my house to install a dishwasher and still not right. Best buy won't even help you resolve issues with Company they hired to install it. Might be called Best Buy, but surely no one will call this place Best Service. Buy anywhere but here
I used to enjoy going to Best Buy, but our experience there most recently has been laughable. The rep in the laptop area tried to talk to my 17yr old son and I about the products, and we just stood there politely while he clumsily read something from his phone and then tried to wing it and literally made up nonsense. It was hilariously tragic. Because Best Buy, you know! You knowwww you're hiring these people who don't even know what a usb port is, to try and advise people on computers!!!! This is why stores are closing and people are choosing to shop online. Nevertheless we decided on our own which product to buy and so then went to stand in a line by the desk to try and buy it. During the 15 minutes we stood there, we found the same product on the Samsung website at the same price but with $100 accessories free. We gave up waiting on the Best Buy employees, completed the order online and walked out of the store. Save your time, watch some YouTube reviews and buy online. Best buy has not been the best buy for some time, and they don't appear to want to do anything aout that ‍
Quinn Wood is such a remarkable human being from the appliances department. His customer service, professionalism, and positive attitude toward restoring customers' trust in shopping are astonishing. Keep it up guys and thank you for helping me with our next GE Profile cooktop!
