Don't order from this store. They use low budget delivery. We ordered 2 items, one was put on fine truck and was delivered. The other item was put on another truck at 12:30 pm, tracking said it would come by 9:00. Never arrived. We got a message that they returned it to the store because we canceled it, which was not true. I think the delivery service just didn't want to deliver it late at night, so they returned it to the store. Customer Service refused to put the order back in to have the item shipped. Terrible experience, will never order from Best Buy again.
Great convenient location to downtown Boston. We needed an iPad keyboard case and this was the location which had it. A quick 18 minute drive from Copley Square. Very friendly staff and helpful in finding what we needed and helping us get in and out quick. There are also a ton of other nice stores close by, Nordstrom Rack, Staples and others.
I bought a refrigerator about 2 months ago. Had to wait for about a month to be delivered which was fine but when they did deliver it they did not set it up and it had scratches on the side. Dont even try calling the store because all calls go overseas where you either cant understand them and most likely cant help you at all. I went to the store, spoke to the manager who set up another date to replace the damaged fridge and completely install it. The day before it was to be delivered i was notified that i needed to make an appointment. Went back to the store. Spoke to a different manager who then scheduled a different date for delivery. I kept getting emails telling me to set up a delivery date. I emailed the CEO of Best Buy. Got a call right away from his assistant. Of course he didnt bother to call. Hes only in the customer service business. Anyway the assistant rescheduled and after that i kept getting emails stating that i had to set up a date for delivery. Spoke to the Assistant on 4 or 5 different occassions and she kept telling me that it was set up but "unscheduled itself". What!??! How is that even a thing? Does this happen to everyone? I finally got the fridge which i love but you couldnt pay me to ever shop at Best Buy again. Nothing against the people that work in the store. Its out of thier hands but BEST BUY STOP BEING SO FRIKKIN CHEAP AND PUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE BACK IN THE STATES!!!
Usually I have no complaints but this time! Prior to going to the store I had searched their catalog and picked a tablet case that was supposed to be in stock. As it turned out not only it wasn't but when I tried to find out when I could pick it up their system at first didn't show my purchase. I'm still waiting for the backordered tablet case until the 25th. Best Buy didn't live up to their name, or offer me any option or discount. I was told I could cancel my order if I preferred not to wait. I think two stars is being generous.
Excellent location. Very visible from the highway. Has a ton of parking space and has very good staff. The only downside is that sometimes it's hard to find someone to answer your questions especially at peak hours. The Greek squad is knowledgeable. Restrooms sometimes need a bit of cleaning as well.
I cannot review their store but the geek squad in their automotive installation department were fabulous. Friendly knowledgeable, and caring. Explained what they were going to do and why.
I was returning a tv for replacement through Samsung manufacturer warranty. It became complicated due to miscommunication with Samsung and my lack of receipt and credit card due to it being compromised since the purchase. There were several employees trying to help but it was Rashawn who went above and beyond to help me. He went into the computer and searched all purchases from that day. Low and behold he found it!! By now it was pouring rain outside and the old tv was in my car. He got an umbrella and ran me to my car with it. I drove my car up to the store. He then took the old tv out and put my new tv in my car. He then came to my window and handed me my paper work and I was finally on my way. . I hope that Best Buy realizes what a great employee they have in Rashawn. He truly made my day!
Best place for appliances at a market price. Onething tho, there is little and no customer service. This means staff literally will see you standing in bilderment and just walk past and not even acknowledge you. Or i i gess selected customers they approach and ask to assist.‍
Went to pick up something I ordered online. Had to ask if anyone was working at the order pickup counter in spite of seeing several employees just talking to each other. When I asked them if anyone was working there they said yes and just kept talking. When another employee finally made their way over they had an attitude that I was doing them a favor being there. The service has been going downhill for a while now but I doubt I will be going back there. My advice is don't bother and use Amazon.
I purchase an GE refrigerator. Paid for 5 year protection. During these 5 years we had to call them several times to come fix broken parts. The refrigerator ended up leaking and messing up our floor. Best Buy sent our damage claim to Sedgwick. They are horrible! It's been over a year of getting the roundabout and nothing is resolved. I have called Best Buy but they say it's not on them anymore. I have called/emailed over 50 times and nothing is getting resolved Becareful and ask who the protection company is or where they will send your claim of you ever have one. Never accept Sedgwick they are the worst.
