Stopped by on a whim just to see what was available. Jane was very informative and helped me get a comfortable chair. I went back 2 months later and she helped me get a super comfortable mattress for a better sale price. I will forever recommend coming here as their selections are great and delivery is only 50 dollars!
Ordered Furniture in December. It took forever to be delivered, they sent us a loaner in the meantime. The reason they were so behind was blamed on Ashley Furniture warehouse and that they oversold everyone! Now I think it was BS!!! Upon delivery, the guys did not have anything to cover their shoes going on my new floors/carpet. I asked answer was “no”. That’s it. The guys setup, they are about to pull out of the driveway. My husband and I sit down and low and behold the one recliner is broken! I run out flagg down the delivery guys, they come back in. We ask what the options are and the best way to handle. He says our repairman will call you and setup a time within a couple of days... okay I can wait no biggie at least we have couches right? Yea, no. A week and a half goes by still no call. I call I’m told the manager would return my call the next day. Still no return call. I call again speak to Bill. He says he didn’t even have our paperwork from the delivery yet!! Remind you I had to tell my story and be put on hold 3 different times prior to speaking with Bill. He ensures the repair man will call me to schedule. I explained We really wanted a dresser also but I am honestly so disappointed/scared to order. I asked if maybe he can give a discount on it because of all of our trouble. He asks me to send him a text with the picture of the dresser, texts me back AFTER I had to text him twice!!! Then he thought I was someone else and gave me a whole paragraph of i don’t even know what. Obviously someone else complaining about something. After that confusion was cleared up, he says he’d give me $25 off the dresser not including the $89 delivery fee. I mean $25 is $25 but honestly I expected more of something. Guess what??? I still hadn’t received a call from the repairmen after a week!!!!!!! Call again LAST SATURDAY!!! He really ensures me I’d get a call Monday... NO CALL ON MONDAY!!! I called and spoke to Bill AGAIN But another broken promise that by Tuesday I would get a call. It’s now Friday night and I have yet to get a call from a repairmen!!! My couches are paid in full, and were delivered broken and the customer service absolutely sucks!!!! I never even received a simple apology, NOT ONCE! I will never ever buy another piece from here again and I will be following up with Ashley Furniture explaining this company makes them look horribly!!! The only reason they get one star is because I’m trying to be nice here. Unacceptable & Unbelievable Never, again!
Bought a sofa and love seat. I was told it would be a max 6 week wait. Called during week 6 to see if there was a delivery date. They said they would call me back. They did not. I called again and I was told it would be delivered until the next Thursday outside of the 6 week max. I told them I would like the delivery charge waved bc of the ridiculous delay blamed Ashley’s furniture I was told they would call me back to make sure they could give me the delivery free. Never called. Called today and asked for the time for delivery tomorrow. They told me a time. They called back a little later to tell me that my furniture wasn’t loaded on the truck and it will not be coming until the next Tuesday. Why a 4 day delay because it want loaded on the delivery truck? Sounds fishy. They let me choose the time for delivery.I was polite and was not rude to the person on the phone but they 100000% deserve a 1 star review and I would love to see an argument for anything higher than 1 star. Very unprofessional operation.
I am having the exact same problem with the delivery. They told me 4-5 week.. I bought my furniture September 1st...here we are 6 weeks later. I called the mentor location and the lady stated my items would be in on October 3rd, today and set a task to follow up with me. I have yet to receive a call back informing me my products are in. I'm extremely frustrated and very disappointed. I will be speaking with management or going into one the two locations.
Bought a bedroom set back in August said the furniture will be in 4-6 weeks paid my loan off in full the next day I ordered it a month went by and heard nothing finally called they said they only had the mattress and the frame the rest was on back order. They came and delivered the mattress and Frame and they said they would call me when the rest was in. I waited a month heard nothing have tried calling and have not heard back yet I’m out a lot of money and did not receive the products I paid for thinking I’m gonna call into the fox i-team for help if anyone could provide me with assistance would greatly appreciate it
I have never been so disappointed in a company in my life. I ordered a dresser and night stand back in August and was told 4-6 weeks for delivery. Well 2 months later, still nothing. So I called and asked what was going on. Spoke with a woman who wasn’t the most polite, but she said it still wasn’t in and she would check with warehouse and call me back.... well she never called back. So I called the next day and no one answered the phone. Well I called every day after and finally got a hold of someone about a week later who apologized and refunded my delivery. This person was very nice and said hopefully they’ll get it in, in 2 weeks and said she would call and let me know. Well 3 weeks went by and I heard nothing. So I called last week and it took me multiple times to get a hold of someone. I finally got a hold of someone and she told me they still don’t have it but she’s going to check with the warehouse and if they don’t have it they’ll give me a full refund but she told me either way she’ll call me back in 20 minutes.... I never heard back from her. And a refund isn’t posted on my account. I call every day like a nut at different times and no one answers the phone. I am being ghosted by a furniture company!!! Is this place a scam?!!! I guess I’ll have to drive my happy butt all the way there and get a refund because if I don’t, I’ve read the other reviews on the Mentor page that sadly weren’t posted until after I already bought my furniture and maybe the I-team needs to investigate this place!
This place is TERRIBLE. My boyfriend and I ordered a bedroom set for our new home on August 18. They said 3-5 weeks for delivery. Well, 8 weeks has come and gone and I still do not have my order. Ive called countless times, and they always give me different dates that it is going to be in, yet it never is. We have tried to cancel our order, but they insisted they were going to keep 15% if we cancelled. So, customer has to stay loyal, but the business doesnt. Our experience with this business has been awful. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else!
So we moved into are new home and we're looking to furnish are pretty much whole home, so we came across best furniture and went in, found everything we we're looking for , including are dining room, bedroom, living room kitchen , and extra bedroom and more ,so it was all delivered at the same time and we couldn't of been happier every piece absolutely beautiful, and what was more beautiful is there prices outstanding the sales staff were very professional, and there delivery men we're the best at everything you would expect for them to do. So this was in early October, and we were so pleased that we returned last month and purchased more furniture and will be returning for the summer to purchase are outside living space which are wonderful delivery men totally talked us into , great job best furniture Parma it was a excellent furniture experience and look forward to shopping with you for the summer. Although we had to return the sectional sofa too large for intended space the delivery and sales staff were professional & courteous! They did not try to pressure us into taking something else or hassle us with return/restocking fees
I got an incredible deal on a couch & loveseat, & a queen mattress set. Rossi went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied and left there feeling like I was the luckiest person in the world! My experience was that great. Will be telling everyone about Best Furniture.
