Pro: Location is convenient off the interstate if you are just driving through & need a night's stay. But there are other hotels. Con: We arrived late & left early, but in the morning we realized that the shower had not been cleaned properly with hair remaining. The shower gel was empty & had not been refilled. We normally check bedding before sleeping but we had collapsed. In the morning saw that we are not 100% sure if washed properly hence a shower in an unclean shower. Typically we leave a tip for cleaners but not this time. Pool/hot tub looks nice but hours are limited doesn't open until 9am so we couldn't use it. It probably isn't clean either, so all for the best. Overall: Overpriced and unclean. Not recommended. Rooms: Not cleaned properly
GREAT view of the mountains, staff was super friendly, rooms were clean and spacious & affordable! Beyond that, there was a taco truck put front that had awesome food!!! HIGHLY recommend!Rooms: 5/5
Very accommodating!We have a pug and with a small pet fee they welcomed her, we pulled in around 10 pm after driving all day. Room was very clean , shower was amazing, had a great nights sleep. Highly recommend. Only problem and it’s not the fault of hotel but the guests with pets don’t pick up after them even though they have bags right there.
The hotel and room smelled like cat urine. There was other people's hair all over the place and possible fecal looking matter in the shower. The ahower was not cleaned well at all. The smell coming from the sink and toilet was horrendous. We will never stay at this hotel again. We have no idea how this hotel has such high ratings.Rooms: 1/5
Perfect location and such a beautiful hotel with friendly staff and a lot of different breakfast food options. They also have a heated pool and hot tubRooms: 5/5
This was a completely filthy room. I had to go to the front desk for hand soap for the bathroom. The toilet seat had what can only be described as feces smeared on it. The floors were sticky and the walls and door looked like they hadn’t been wiped in a LONG time. It seemed like the room had the sheets and trash changed followed by a spray of air freshener, but that’s it. 1 out of ten would not recommend.
Nice BIG room.The hot tub was fantastic.The rooms are outdated but decent.The furniture was dirty and definetely could use a cleaning. The breakfast was ok.The service was great and friendly very accomadating. Nice to pay the extra for the suite for the hot tub. The hot tub area and the shower could have been a bit cleaner though.Rooms: 3/5
This place is great!!!! We got caught in bad weather so we unexpectedly had to stay an extra night while passing through Utah. We have three senior dogs and were worried we wouldn't be able to find a place to stay. This Best Western was AMAZING -- they not only said our three dogs were welcome with a pet fee of course, they gave us a room on the bottom floor by the door so our dogs didn't have to walk far. The room was very comfortable, and they also gave us dog treats. They were so nice!! We also needed a place to eat, and there was a Denny's across the street, so we got takeout from there. What was looking to be a bad night ended up as a great night, thanks to this Best Western!!!
