Best Western Plus Wilkes Barre-Scranton Airport Hotel

Very nice and clean. Location is pretty isolated. Beds are comfortable and AC works great! Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was perfect for a quick bite before hitting the road.Rooms: 5/5

the staff amazing, they offer a shuttle service not only to the Airport but to stores or places in a 2 mile radio that made possible for me to go to a catholic church. bery friendly staff, room very comfortable... i notice on how they treat other customes that they will do all that is in their power to make the guest feel at homeRooms: 5/5

Nice new hotel but it seems the maintenance is not great. Had issues getting the sink to flush and with hot water. No plugs or destination charger for electric vehicles. No food or other stores in walking distance.Rooms: 3/5

Hotel was nice and clean. Very comfortable. Everyone was friendly. Location was convenient. Breakfast was good, very typical of a Best Western Breakfast, plenty to pick from.Rooms: 4/5

When I checked in the women at the desk was super friendly and pleasant. Had to run and get things I forgot for my trip, when I got back there was a second women with black hair eating food at the desk I did not even approach the desk and she gave me a look like I was going to inconvenience her. She was also complaining about work very loudly that I could hear her while I waited for the elevator. Room was super clean and looked nice. However, the bed was about as hard as a rock had to actually put pillows under my hips so I could fall asleep. Thankfully, they were all so flat that i could do so. Bedding was rough. I typically can get comfortable enough to sleep just about anywhere. Due to comfortable I would not stay here again

Well priced and right off the highway. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and bathrooms are modern and spacious. Hot breakfast available. AC units are antiquated and not working in 2 rooms so something to check if you like a cool room.
