I am giving the stars to the girls for going to Flu and Covid test. As for the DR , very disappointing that he did not do a physical on Colene. Just gave her pain pills. Sent her home. 3 days later I took her to Brilliant Dr G’s urgent care and they diagnosed her with Pneumonia . If the dr did the physical he would have pick up something was up
Dr, Petiote is our PCP. We are both very happy with our treatment under his care. He listens carefully, is a fount of information about so many subjects and really wants to help you stay well and healthy. He is a very warm and caring doctor and really goes the extra mile for his patients. His staff also are very friendly and helpful.
Dr. Petiote and his staff are amazing! I can not say enough good things. The doctor is so thorough and you are never rushed. I was extremely ill, had a lump in my neck/throat area and had gotten no relief after seeing an ENT. I was getting worse and could barely function. I called around to find another doctor that could possibly help me. I have a gynecologist but because I’m never sick I didn’t have an actual primary care doctor. Was told by every office I called that there were no “new patient” openings for 1-2 weeks because it was near Christmas. Dr. Petiote’s office was the only one that actually asked me what my symptoms were and brought me right in. After a very thorough 45 minute visit he diagnosed exactly what was wrong. A blood test the next day confirmed he was correct. Within days of him treating me I felt like a new person and could work and function normally again. He even brought me back for a follow up on Christmas Eve to make sure I was improving and go over all my test results. Several weeks later I had something happen on a Saturday and my call was returned in 5 minutes. If you are looking for a doctor and staff that truly care this is the place.
Terrible experience. My father and I had no idea they sent him a bill to an old address and hurt his credit. When we called to settle they wouldn't delete it off his bureaus, a silly medical collection, and decided not to even pay it as it would drop off in 7 years, rude staff as well.
Dr Bek should lose his medical license. He is a butcher. He cares about himself far more than his patients. He should be jailed.
Dr Yvonne is awesome staff really helpful , really one of the best place for all primary care only turn down is their administration policies demanding physical card every single time when they can do online verification this is 2018 also over reliance on paperwork when most offices are saving time n money by going paperless
