Dan, Branden, and Jack made my PET-CT scan a seamless experience. They represent all the reasons I choose Bethesda North for my care.
I called 3 times to make sure my lab orders were not expired. No one answered during open hours. I checked my TriHealth mychart app and lab orders were not expired. When I arrived at lab I was told that there were no orders and that I needed to call my doctor. Before I left I accessed mcchart again and showed them the orders on my phone. I was then told “oh yeah they just came up.” They were ordered in February.
My son was referred there for an x-ray on Saturday. The experience was typical and everyone was nice. After the x-ray, the person in imaging told us that his results would be posted to MyChart as well as be sent to the PA who wrote the order. It is now Tuesday, and neither the PA's office nor Bethesda has provided results. I went to the PA's office and the manager said they didn't have the results from Bethesda. She called and then told me that Bethesda said they'd fax it over. I am very disappointed in Bethesda for neither doing what they said they would, nor doing what they must. There is NO excuse for x-ray results being delayed when they are digitally available immediately for review and analysis. I won't be returning.
Your Web page clearly states that the Lab facility was OPEN on Saturdays 7am to 3pm. WRONG! Upon our arrival Saturday at 1:30pm we discovered everything was closed at NOON! There was a sign on the door noting this fact.
Has some of the best blood takers around. My wife has veins that roll and they do a great job here

They are professional and caring. The radiology tech went above and beyond to get me comfortable and through my breast MRI. Highly recommend!
LAZY! Held CAT scan results instead of sending to DR office and waited 3 days for Dr office to call them, fax number was on the Drs order for CAT scan. LAZY LAZY LAZY!!!
The staff was wonderful! No waiting, so easy. Glad I chose them!
