$250 for venue plus $5 per person (50 person minimum)

– 3 hours total (30min for set up prior to party time, 2.5 hours for party)

FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES
Scheduled on a day not regularly open to public.
You have the option of a Closed or Open fundraiser to the public.
$50 deposit due at booking will be applied on the day of event. (Non-refundable deposit if canceled within 48 hours of the event). Deposit may be paid by credit card, check or cash. A 50 person minimum attendance is required, difference is paid by Fundraiser. All guests either skating or not pay admission during Fundraiser (ages 3 and up). Paid admissions are used to calculate % of funds raised; 25% of the first 100 paid admissions, there after 30% of all final paid admission of your event.
Fundraiser Package Includes:
– Bethlehem Skateaway Event Host
– Cost: $7 admission per person
– 3 hours of private skating for your event
– Skate Rentals – high top rentals included (low tops $3 extra)
– DJ with light show, games, and prizes
– Arcade and locker area available (cost)
– Snack Bar (snacks and beverages available for purchase – cash only, not part of the fundraising final amount)
No outside food or beverages allowed
