Recently purchased several suits here and it was a fantastic experience. I had a vague idea what I was looking for and they guided me through the process. The suits are great quality and fit perfectly and were very affordable. Shout out to Danny for making the process fun and efficient.

I came to the Richmond store about 2 weeks ago to buy a suit for my father and have it shipped to his residence. I have called for 3 days straight with a promise to check on my order and make sure it was shipped. Each time they give excuses and never seem to know what I am talking about!! They can’t find anything and then promised to call you back with answer . No one ever calls back !! At this point , I just want my money back . I never seen such an establishment with just incompetent people. We have been waiting 2 weeks for this suit to show up . Or here’s the best part .. it’s for a special occasion.

These gentlemen are top notch folks. My son needed a suit for classical music competitions. Mr. Harris picked out a fantastic black on black striped suit. Looks great on my son. And when the pants ended up being a smidge too tight, they were kind enough to exchange them for a larger size and managed to have them altered in time. Oh t was a great place in the beginning, however we are still waiting for a suit ordered 3/12. We went Friday and was told they “ordered “it again and we would get a call today with an update. Well as of now still no update and no suit! My youngest is the only in the wedding party still waiting for my oldest wedding which is 3 weeks away. You would have thought from what they told us, it would have been in by now! I have called, the groom has called and still no luck. Mind you it was paid in full. On the date of purchase!
